Beautiful and fun place, always friendly staff and instantly efficient to the needs of customers with clean, orderly rooms, top quality food and dense baby boys very nice

It's excellent.

I've been going for 3 years now, it's like a home! warm but not insistent entertainers, relaxation assured thanks to the continuous pool hours, the presence of the fitness area! A football, basketball and tennis court for sports lovers!

Relax, sea, freedom of hours... qst is the Laguna, a village where you finally get to know everyone because it's a man's size. Always welcomed by the property with a smile and ready for every step of the way, idem for the kitchen, undisputed kingdom of chef Gianni and all his crowd, young boys with a desire to work (at times nst qst is a rarity), and I can't help but talk about the end of the meal... DOLCI AL TOP thanks to the mythical Agostino!!! Punta di Diamante is the Bar with its Pirata Luciano, it will take you wherever you want with its insuperable cocktail!!! I returned with my family to the lagoon on the first of September. I started with a premise: excellent quality price ratio. Compared to the last time the structure was modernized from the pool to the floor to the rooms you can see that there was a clean cleaning of the village. For me the strengths are always the sublime cuisine and the proximity to the beach with a very clean and degrading sea very suitable for children. Thank you for the courtesy and availability Stefan and Eleonora and the chef person really exquisite. Continue like this!!!

Good improvements

There's nothing worse, everything negative, even more, but how do they still be open, eat buuu... village kept very poorly housing by...... only possible negative things that one pays and doesn't have what he pays?

It's bad.

We were in the village from 7/8/22 to 21/8/22. I start by saying that compared to other villages there are differences, but here you pay less and we have fun and relaxed, the goal is then reached. The village is immersed in the green, the rooms are just rooms, so the space is reduced, but it is not a problem, also because the veranda are spacious and full of couches. There is the mini fridge and a nice TV with Sky active. On both sides of the pool there is a beautiful bar, almost always open and the restaurant, so the quality of the food is excellent, there are 3 and 3 seconds, plus a children's menu of the day and then we are close by, so the space is reduced, so the porch is good, the spaces are good, so I prefer not to have so much choice and so you have to go to the beach.

Fun and relaxing vacation

We were in the Village on the week of August 21st, then on the week of August 21st, and then on the week of August 21st, we were in the state of complete abandonment of both the premises and the services. When we arrived there, we were accepted from nowhere, there were two girls from the animation circus and other people in line for the check-in. After completing the practices, we were cozyly escorted by a guy from the offer to our accommodation, because calling it a bungalow or a cabin is a compliment.

A nice village very badly kept! The rooms are small and a bit sloppy, the bathroom is CLAUSTROFOBICO, the sink is so small that when you wash your face, you also wash your feet!!! Showering, instead, generates a lake on the ground. The support plans are completely insufficient and the towel / cloth hangers are placed on the water, with the risk that they end up inside us! The pool is beautiful and clean, but most of the time it is unattended and the beds I think are never cleaned. The kitchen, although of high quality, is too repetitive, practically always eat the same dishes. Fruit and vegetables should be washed! The bar is a little attractive! Anso, even if it is a fun relationship to invade, we find the hotel, but the price is not too low. It's not right!

I stayed in this village in the last week of opening. I'm not hiding that the negative reviews were very worrying me...I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The room (I was staying in a family home with two rooms) was clean and, despite its simplicity, suitable for a holiday of 4 people. The kitchen was a bit repetitive, but the dishes were good, the sweets and the bakery in a particular way. The simple breakfast but with really delicious homemade cakes. The swimming pool is very clean and the beach very beautiful. The beach is reached in 5 minutes via a footpath in the pineapple. The kids in the action are very friendly and active! For what I paid for I was very satisfied. Certainly there are things I can improve but I enjoyed spending a week.

A pleasant vacation

I started with a premise, the expense was not excessive but considering the discounts to which I had access (single+child, book first) the initial price from which I left then attracted by the discounts, remains in the average of the period and the location. Now let's go to the experience... disastrous... the total disorganization, from the reception open only at certain times, from the abandoned gardens, from the fatiguous room (with a bad smell of sewer in the open, an outdoor neighbourhood to the village, which I certainly did not attribute to the structure but so much to the dog who always weighed).
