I stayed in this structure for work reasons. The location consists of several full optional apartments and is very close to the sea. The apartment assigned to me on the top floor was equipped with all the comforts (furnished kitchen, laundry, living and terrace, air conditioning, wi-fi and assigned car seat) and a beautiful view. Paola and her receptionist colleague welcomed me with kindness and availability. One thing that could be improved is the comfort of the bed but overall the apartment was very nice and functional. Absolutely recommended for long or short stays both in the family and for work.

A pleasant stay at work

We stayed in one of the apartments designed to accommodate those who, like us, bring their own dog with them and, although we were aware that ours would not be as nice and cozy as the other apartments, we would never have imagined ourselves in a situation at the edge of decency! Very old furniture with frying panels and drawers that run tirelessly, an equally old kitchen with a refrigerator that constantly makes water and ruins all the food in its interior and bathroom...beh, for the bathroom we would have to write a separate review, but we will limit ourselves to citing one aspect that makes the idea of the level of cleanliness we found very good: the bottom of the toilet was completely black...after this can't be added to the other, if they didn't have the courage to leave this day's apartment beautiful  200 euros!

Old, dirty, but expensive

We stayed at the Scoglietto50 for a long weekend. We couldn't have been better! Very nice staff, spacious apartment and with all the comforts.

Nice stay in Punta Ala

We stayed for 14 days in a truly five-star suite, with sea view and garden, excellent cleaning, well maintained, unfortunate that last night we moved to a much more modest place and without turning on the air conditioning at least 12 hours before to check its operation.

Residence Five to two stars for a sleepless night.

I stayed for three days in this residence... excellent in all respects, spacious and well-maintained apartment... spacious space, reserved car park!

It's a great building!

Mini apartments in a quiet area, two steps from the sea, for the rest you have to move by car. Simple but clean apartments, some more modern others are 90s, two-bedroom and living room (with sofa bed or two separate beds) with corner cooking air conditioning.

Comfortable residence

We arrived in the afternoon at the scheduled time for the check-in and the room was not yet ready (they asked us to pay the bill as soon as we arrived!), after waiting we entered this room with old furnishings and bad taste, not even too clean since there were hair in the bathroom who knows who... We had asked for a room with an extra bed, this turned out to be the sofa at the entrance (which was therefore not there because it was turned into a bed) also uncomfortable to sleep on. The price of the room was very exaggerated for what we were offered, practically nothing.

Disappointment on all fronts!

A quiet residence a few hundred meters from the sea, reachable on foot with a ten-minute walk. The apartments are comfortable, spacious, bright and well equipped. The terraces are also very spacious and ideal for outdoor meals. Our apartment was recently restored and redecorated, so very nice. Very efficient and courteous staff. One note: the bathing establishments in Punta Ala are all very expensive, beyond the average of other places on the Tuscan coast, so I advise you to inform yourself before booking, and maybe take a tour asking for quotes and offers like we have, in the end we spent a little less than even the conventions that the residence of our customers offers. Each apartment in the East has a very well-groomed car space.

Very nice.

I stayed with a couple of friends (another room) and I had a chance to check that not all apartments are the same, some have been well renovated (I think I understand they are assigned to couples without children or animals). Our one was a bit dated, with some outlets not working the bed with some rotten dots (later however arranged behind my sign) the bathroom with shower obtained on the bathtub, so it is uncomfortable especially for children and older people.

Ferragosto in Punta Ala

Point Ala is a place for a respectable holiday. These apartments, as we understand, belong to many private owners who give away to tourists outside of their holiday. The place itself is splendid, the tiniest sand, huge pine trees, nature whispers. The area of the apartments is very clean and green, they give place to the parks of the apartments. To the beach you can walk through the pine alley for 8 minutes. The cost of 2 beds and an umbrella is 50 euros. The clothes were not changed during the week, the room was not cleaned. The room was repaired 10 years ago. Everything from the dishes to finish the technique is morally obsolete. The girl on the reception road, by the way, is very russian and very clean, she can help you in the unpaved beaches.
