The hotel is located in the centre of Cattolica, 200 metres from the sea and a few steps from the Cattolica Aquarium. These are the only points in his favour for the rest of the hotel is: 1) fatigued....shows scandalously his years...the rooms are negligible for both furnishing and maintenance...we saw some rooms with the laundry (in view) in the room. 2) Police and toilets of all the items...the rooms are dirty, not to mention the toilet....rubinetteria DAC and OssDATA (WOMEN OF THE PURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPURPUR

To the limits of innocence

Very old, fatigued hotel, falling apart. Personnel assigned to the arrogant and rude reception, enough kitchen. The environment needs at least a refurbishment, it seems to enter a hotel of the 60s, which has been used and lived x 60 years, without any improvement or modernization. Really not recommended.

That's awful!

We stayed at this hotel for a week... assuming we have been spending our holidays on the Romagna Riviera for at least 20 years for the services that offer especially x children and x the courtesy and hospitality of the hotels and locals... but this time we found ourselves dealing with staff not only poorly organized but also arrogant and not available to guests: room maid who responded poorly to any request... basic menu... in the all inclusive formula where pre-meals or vegetables were included (not at buffet due to anti-covid measures) but if we didn't ask we wouldn't have been provided; we had little children's seats not available to everyone despite knowing the number of children in the room; anti-covid measures were being proposed on the decantly available email reservation... but in fact no one of the owners of the rooms complained for meals... but in the room with a maximum capacity of 19:30 to 13:30 (€ to 20), and the staff of the Aurora room always had a chance to eat or drink in the room with the best of luck.

As soon as you entered the room and came to cry, little without a small half-broken closet, the bathroom of the 50s, like the rest of the structure, the balcony... horrible there was not even room for a towel, little varied and repetitive menu just enough, very poor breakfast with a very poor hot drink machine, the staff and the owners were polite and the cleaning was discreet... I understand everyone's work and respect, even given the difficult moment, but it's not a justifiable condition... maybe it was better not to open...

- What is it?

I mean, I don't usually do reviews, especially the negative ones, because it loses both the structure and the customer, but I have to say that with regret but I have to say that the menu was very spartan for seven days at least three days we stayed at this hotel and we found so many negative things first and I have to say what we really didn't expect because in Emilia romagna is the best thing was the treatment very rude people started from the receptionist room to the receptionists we arrived the first day sitting down at lunch at 1 p.m. We ate at 1 p.m.

To be avoided

Stayed here a number of years ago was in need of refurbishment then heard from friends who continued to go there that ground floor had some refurb done but not dining room or bedrooms. Food seemed to be poorer in quality and quantity. Have heard that hotel was sold in 2018 so may have changed.

Family holiday

The hotel is located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone.. slightly decentralised.. near the aquarium. Apart from the reception and the bar, the rest is really old and fatiguing. The room was really bad.. old.. with broken balcony handle.. closet with only 1 anta the other was missing.. the shower without dish shower with the curtain.. worn out faucets and rusted.. bidet does not discharge.. it does not look like a 3 star.. but the staff proved to be available polite and professional and the kitchen is the strength of the hotel.. you eat well. Being a new management are good points to start from.

I just got back from a four-day vacation at Carlton and I wanted to thank all the very kind and cordial staff... I was great, great cooking and perfect service and two steps from the beach... I highly recommend it... I'll definitely be back... and thank you again.
