Very nice place, very quiet, very clean apartment, breakfast just what you need, very good welcome I recommend this place located 1/4 hour from Rome by train, the train is to take in front, nearby supermarket open day and night short ideal to rest in the evening after spending a busy day in the city of Rome!!

It's perfect.

This B&B is located in close proximity to public transportation in Ciampino. We walked from the train station to the B&B. Since we didn't know exactly at what time we would arrive, we appreciated the fact that one of the renters living in the apartment complex kept a look out for us and let us in. Our room was very clean. There is bus transportation to the airport near the train station, however, our host advised us that it would probably be better to take a taxi which we did. If I remember correctly it was between $15 and $20. Well worth the money. Breakfast was mainly prepackaged pastries which is common in Italy. I would recommend this B&B.

Wonderful and safe one night stay

We stayed in this B&B for one night, waiting to take a flight from the airport of Ciampino. The location is very convenient, two steps from the station and next to an open supermarket h24. Giuseppe, the owner, is very kind, welcomed us with professionalism and courtesy and also called us the taxi to the airport (the flight was very early, so unfortunately the shuttles were not yet in operation). The room was large and very clean, the only problem is the bed: being the couple composed of two single mattresses, they tended to be separated during the night, which is quite uncomfortable.

Comfortable and well cared for

A bit of cold at night causes heating to go off from the condo at 11:30pm, otherwise for the rest nothing to add, a comfortable bed, an excellent breakfast and a very comfortable position to reach the airport!

A good welcome

This is the second time I have visited this facility and I can't help but confirm that for a one- or two-day trip to the capital it is strategically perfect.The facility is 50 metres from the train station and 100 metres from the bus stop for the airport.The room is comfortable both in the summer and winter.It has a private bathroom and breakfast is included.For the most demanding there is a 10 metre bar that has excellent pastries and a front there is an h24 supermarket that caters to all the culinary needs of the take away.A pharmacy 20 metres away for every occasion.In short...it's like feeling at home.

Strategic position

Towards the end of September I found myself spending a night near Dell airport in Ciampino in this bed and breakfast with low costs and comfort also because it is located in a residential area where the tenants rest at night as the day goes to work as employees The next day we met the young pine tree, who is originally from hometown, country of beautiful Gaggie high alcohol content, but beyond that I was fine and as I told the master.

Great place, clean confortable, but most of all great service. They gave us all the information needed, done a late check in (we arrived at 9.30 pm) and all with a smile.

Amazing service

I was in this hotel with my boyfriend a few weeks ago and the living room was above all our expectations. The hotel is located in a very central place and has the station within walking distance (very convenient for those like us who go to visit Rome!!!) and a few minutes by car also the airport; the rooms are spacious but above all these and the bathroom are very clean and the owner welcomed us in the best way, a very kind person who tried to meet all our needs and needs. If you have to go back to Rome I already know where to stay!!

Kindness, cleanliness and comfort!!

The rooms are spacious, well furnished and very clean, and the reception of the owner is at the highest level! It is a few minutes from the station and a well-equipped supermarket. Convenient for those, as in my case, who want to go to a concert at Orion. I hope to return to it soon!!!

Near the airport, guests can play taxis for ten euros. It's more like a hotel apartment than a bed and breakfast. Ideal before an early return or after a late arrival, however, it's very noisy. We were leaving at 4 a.m., a couple arrived around 11 p.m. and woke us up.
