We were looking for a cheap accommodation and in a very quiet place and by chance we found this beautiful structure.Little outside the cistern village, a quiet place, it looks like a small farmhouse with a entrance and a structure in the U.S. You can see right away that here wine is produced, and also of excellent quality, in the proper spaces of the estate means and tools, everything very picturesque.The lady who welcomed us was very kind, she accompanied us to the room on the second floor, gardens, no elevator.On the first floor a very common lounge with a kitchenette, fireplace and fireplace, a wonderful structure.Many rooms, spacious for 3 people, furnished with poor quality furniture and furnished with artwork, look back to a very old century, very nice atmosphere, very well divided into 2 rooms.

I was in this property with my partner and we had a really good time. Quiet and very well maintained location in the Piedmont hills, very kind and friendly owners.

Dinner in the vineyard

We stayed for one night in this very characteristic bed and breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and the owner was available and very welcoming. The landscape was truly enchanting.

Characteristic

We only stayed one night, but it's a really nice little place. In the middle of the countryside, rooms are very comfortable and warm, excellent cleanliness, absolute silence, breakfast served by the housewife with homemade sweets and jams.

That's great.

I went to the B&B during the time of the truffle fair in Alba. The B&B is about 15km from Alba but it's worth doing these miles, one for the place where it is located, we can admire the lawns and be in the middle of one of the raw materials that are the grapes and its final product that is the wine. Two for the very kind welcome of the lady and her whole family, the rooms are very welcoming, and the place is really charming because besides the B&B we can also admire their cellar and recommend a tour inside it, of course you can buy bottles of the product from them. Also in the morning they prepared us a fabulous breakfast with their own cake and milk or fragrille.

Truffle show

A very small room with little comfort and coldness, a very average bathroom that cannot really be called clean, a very short lunch, but coffee at will, and when we leave we are told that we have to pay in cash (not mentioned before).

That's it!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Rustic style with fireplace (to appreciate in winter) in the breakfast room, good breakfast with homemade cake. You breathe air of relaxation and calm. The fraction of San Mateo, where the B&B is located is easily reached. They have a spacious courtyard for parking.

I 'd come back for a longer stay.

Very quiet place, close to the dawn. Very nice and well maintained rooms. There is also a living room with fireplace, very cozy. Excellent cleanliness and kindness of the owners. Beautiful breakfast room with fireplace access. You could offer a more abundant breakfast. Very honest prices.

Delicious

I usually don't leave negative reviews, I just never go back to places I didn't like. But this is a special case. This time I want to warn travelers and go around this hotel. At least until the hotel managers do something to improve the rooms and service. We've already been to Piedmont three times and haven't seen such a terrible hotel anywhere. What makes Piedmont different is the cleanliness, the good food, the good wines! This is what travelers from all over Piedmont go after.
