As a title, quality price is devastating, we stayed hopefully only one night because of passage as the prices for hotels campsites and houses near the sea from Montalto to Grosseto were exaggerated.

Devastating price quality

Room with castle beds and wedding beds uncomfortable but the thing that leaves disappointment and that for a room at another 100€ in low season you can't write breakfast included and then when we arrive and it was said only in summer we give breakfast in winter no. instead at the act of booking or with booking or phone it is written and they say breakfast included.

Four stars in the sky... one upon the earth!

We stayed one night in this b&b but we were really disappointed, first of all by the cleanliness of the dust everywhere and dead insects found on the ground.

A night to forget

The rest is bad: there is no staff (they come to open the facility after you have called).There is no garage (leave the car in the alley of the facility if you can find space).No breakfast.

Only the room is satisfactory.

A quaint b&b near the port.  Within walking distance of Civitavecchia city center and the cruise ship port.  If you arrive by train however you will most definitely want to set up transportation from the train station way in advance.   There are few taxis (maybe 2) and we had to walk for over an hour with luggage on a hot summer day.   A great little place to stay.  Only drawback is that there are stairs only.  Breakfast was abundant and yummy.  Service was excellent!

Off the beaten path 

It's definitely a new and refurbished b&b, very clean rooms, with air conditioning and TV. Excellent reception. But there are some but... they don't have the pos, in our room there was no fridge (I don't think there was even in the other rooms), the place is not so central... you still have to take the car to take two steps on the waterfront where the evening is a little movie; last thing is the price, a little high for this type of b&b. Recommended for a night of passing not for anything else

Halfway through

Alessia made our stay super pleasant. she speaks four languages and gave us suggestions, directions and proposals to make our visit to Civitavecchia a wonderful experience (we were accommodated before and after our cruise trip). we requested the accommodation with balcony, it is very quiet and spacious. the hotel is simple, pulcro, facilitating your comfort always. we feel comfortable as in our home.

Holidays and rest

Out of the way location but convenient just the same.  Room was comfortable and up-to-date. Shower bath new and clean. WIFI very good.  Close to a great restaurant just around the corner.  Breakfast food was ample. We only stayed 1 night waiting for a cruise. We were treated first class.

Sweet B&B with comfortable room

Stayed here for one night prior to our honeymoon cruise. The room was really lovely, airy, modern and bright. Perfect for one night stay. The TV had absolutely no English channels at all which was really disappointing, even the subtitles did not work. 

The location itself is not great, in a bit of a dodgy area, wouldn't feel comfortable walking around at night time. It is however handy for getting to the port for the cruise ship. 

We struggled to find somewhere to eat in Civitavecchia the night before the cruise, we walked around for about an hour before deciding to come back towards the apartment and we ended up eating in a small restaurant near us. The food was really lovely, we were the only two customers so we were a bit nervous but it was really lovely food and very friendly staff! 

The shower was good, but a bit small, and nowhere for setting any shampoo etc. The walls are VERY thin, you can hear absolutely everything, next door were up during the night flushing the toilet and every time they did it sounded like someone was breaking into our room, very unsettling.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone using it as a pre-cruise stay - for one night only. Any longer, I would suggest booking elsewhere.

If you are passing through the port or back its location is excellent all very well maintained and well made rooms very clean and hand-held affordable rates and the structure has been recently renovated and you see
