The quality/price ratio is more than good: a large, clean, rustic-style room. The air conditioner needs to be improved, because when it's very hot it takes a little effort before it cooles down the whole environment.

Out in the wild a few miles off the coast of the gods.

A nice experience at this facility, first of all the staff all from Francesca to Antonio and the girls are very welcoming. The rooms are rustic in full country style, clean and with what you need at the level of comfort. You can enjoy a beautiful view and organize an appetizer at sunset sea view with Stromboli in the background. Simply Famous. We also had the opportunity to try the restaurant that is characterized by unique dishes of tradition and a choice of truly eye-catching ingredients.

Great location and top reception.

We had a pleasant weekend, immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Despite the uncertain weather, we were able to enjoy the green and quiet. A comfortable, spacious and clean room.

Beautiful accommodation in the green

Being called “country houses” we expected some insects, but after counting and killing 8+ spiders in our room we decided that we could not sleep here for 1 week. The manager let us check other rooms that “are more clean”, but all rooms were full of large and small spiders. Seemed like spiders had entered the rooms and had babies, some were so small you could barely see them walking across the ceiling. There were large pieces of drywall on top of the TV, parts of the wall black with dust, and ants. I would say the room was not cleaned well. There was no promise to remove the insects the next day and no apology given. We had to leave our 1 week vacation after 6 hours. Thankfully we did not prepay because they did not want to refund us. 

A big mistake

Nothing positive. The owner's disinterest in the guests to whom he proposed housing solutions that were absolutely incompatible with the services listed: not working air conditioners, no mosquito nets, dated television that allows you to see few channels, the rooms have a bad smell in fact some have no doors and windows that allow air to pass through, so we were forced to ask for an alternative solution and had to settle for it.

Stay to be forgotten

The spacious simplicity of the place managed by Plamen the whole thing make the living pleasant by compensating for the discomfort of our room placed directly on the street (billocale with two very small rooms of which 1 with sofa bed) and equipped with a single air conditioner that allows it to be used separately.

I'm going for breakfast.

The fact is that those rare times when I happen to find honesty, passion, competence and beauty all at once, I can't resist. I love them. In this charming farmhouse there is everything to rest and enjoy that portion of Calabria that charms and surprises every curve, beach or village. The houses are pretty and provide more or less everything that is needed to stay calm, the structure is immersed in the vineyard and with fruit trees of various genres, fruits that inevitably end up becoming marmalade or exquisite cakes in the breakfast. As for breakfast, it's made with healthy and genuine ingredients (the kitchen itself that even the small kitchen with which they eat is a little bread is the bread that occupies, but also the calories of the freshest, the most delicious food, and the most wonderful food, but we have a very good time to eat, thank you sir. A Place in the Heart

The place is really nice and quiet... rustic but clean apartments and immersed in a vast expanse of green... breakfast with products made by them and derived from their vineyards... the only thing missing are the classic cornetts.

Beautiful and relaxing.

We stayed for 2 nights just after August and I have to say that following a mismanagement of a booking at another facility we found ourselves having to look for another accommodation the day before we left..,,and in this case I have to say that it is worth the saying not all bad things come to harm because I certainly don't think it could be remedied in a better way....fantastic place in the middle of the green, welcome worthy of such a name by Mr. Plamen who puts all the effort possible to manage this place better, functional accommodation and quiet, fine breakfast,... obviously given the hill position behind the shoulders of tropea and recommended to be equipped with cars, among other things in a nice disc space I have assisted the city manager at one of the most beautiful places in my life... but you could not be better off by watching the tramonet in the background of this beautiful place, but you can be a good night manager at the same time...

A fantastic place... so green... nature and organic food... jams, cakes, bread, fruit.. relax and ideal for unplugging!!! A fabulous vine including walking...Most courtesy and staff availability! Ideal even for those traveling with animals.
