A pleasant surprise for the price-quality ratio, in a non-tourist area that allows you to enjoy nature in peace. The stone house we stayed in is cozy and with household appliances such as dishwashers, washing machine and microwaves available. The location is ideal as a starting point for many excursions in the middle of the woods and nearby mountains, such as Mount Cuar. Perfect to experience the experience of a typical mountain dwelling of other times, but without giving up comforts.

Vacation in the Mountains

We were guests of the hotel that was popular ten years ago and for a few days' escape we thought of returning to Mount Prat. Excellent accommodation, beautiful and isolated village but the cleanliness of the house absolutely needs to be improved. I passed the minimal furnishings picked up here and there without judgement. There was nothing missing, but it was clear the lack of care with which the house was kept. The problem for us was the poor cleanliness of the house. Terribly dusty, moulded, full of spiders. The back mattresses were fastened with torn sheets. Even the bathroom was not very clean. The sheets were not smashed and sun-dried since. I was allergic to dust and I had to do a lot of running and in those places.

Holidays at Manzut's house, to be improved

When you came here for the feast of St. Daniel, you were initially doubtful, because we were a little out of hand, but we thought of ourselves as soon as we entered the apartment. I don't agree with the cleanliness and warm welcome because I think it's necessary. The view and tranquility you'll find in these places (spread hotel means there are more places where you can be placed, even though always on Prat Mountain and with the same quality level) is unattainable.

Peace of mind

I confess that I chose the location because of a diligent and unnecessary search for a location to spend the Ferragosto. The motto you eat what you need translated you eat what you have did not make me predict anything good.

Pleasant surprise from a crowded Ferragosto.

We rented the beautiful stone house Cjase Laure (one of the houses of the Albergo Diffuso) for six days. It is located a little below the Monte Prat plateau in a very small group of old stone houses. Around it is a very beautiful meadow with many shady seating areas and a fantastic view of the Tagliamento Valley. In particular, you can also observe the vultures that are located in the valley from there, excellent, they even fly very close over the houses. Directly from the house lead numerous beautiful walks into the surroundings.

It's heaven!

We stayed in Casa Anna for 5 nights. It is, as others have noted, very remote. The only thing that could have made this house better would be a washing machine, or at least somewhere to hand wash clothes and hang them to dry.
You'll need a vehicle to be able to access this property.

Lovely scenery, accommodation needs a few extra tweaks

We went to Mount Prat because my companion already knew the hotel and had had an excellent experience. So looking for a quiet holiday immersed in the green we thought of opting for the same choice, turning our attention to the Marcuc house, single from 2-4 beds within a very isolated village and an extraordinary panorama of the Tagliamento valley. After getting acquainted with Alessandra, who deals with the solemnity and care of the customers, we were taken to the house that kept every promise externally. Unfortunately in the '700 belonged not only to the walls but also the furnishings and furnishings, pales rebuilt to get the maximum result with the space.

Vacation at home Marcuc

In the middle of the nature of Monte Pratt with a wonderful view of the Tagliamento and the surroundings is the house we rented, from the extremely friendly lady from the tourist office who accompanied us to the house with her car, to the furnishings, the open fireplace to the cleanliness and the information folder we were given just S U P E R!!

A secret tip

Attracted by the area, amongst the most beautiful and naturally interesting in Friuli if you want to make excursions in the middle of nature, we turned to the Hotel Diffuso Forgaria Monte Prat for the rental of a house within the month of August. My review is gamble bound by the house that hosted us as well as the family that owns it; being a widespread hotel, clearly, there are situations that vary from accommodation to accommodation so if you want to take this assessment as valid for all the houses available.
