Nice and cozy structure, the apartments are new and well maintained. The cleanliness is at the top. The owner Francesco is of a unique kindness: very available and ready to solve every slightest problem. The only sin, if that's how we want to define it, is the climb to get to us from the port: but even in this case Francesco solved by offering his means to climb the suitcases to the top. The structure also has a beautiful terrace from which you have a wonderful panoramic view. Nice experience. We will definitely return!

The residence is clean and cozy, beautiful views, well-conditioned apartments, the manager is very hospitable, very convenient location despite the very small amount of space to get there, close to all amenities, we'll be back.

Lovely cute place to stay tucked away and hidden slightly from the heat.

Beds were comfortable and a good night's sleep.

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble! The boys were so helpful with us planning our trip and so kind.

Rooms had all you need and anything you didn't have the boys were on hand to help. 

They deal with a great taxi driver called Giovanni who is so nice, with his fab taxi.

The place is up a slight hill so if you have big bags take a taxi. Not for anyone not good at walking.

So central and ischia is lovely and so less crowded. Highly recommended we had.a lovely stay.

Nice residence in a good location, very nice owners and really available and ready for every need and request. One caveat: the climb leading to the structure is a bit demanding with the heat or with luggage/weights, you have to be aware of this at the time of booking. Perhaps it would be worth considering the possibility of offering a transfer service, at least on arrival/departure. Also, in the apartment that is touched to us, we would have to do a minimum of maintenance, but we are talking about small expenses, like slightly shortened chairs, in the silicone shower and rusty soapbox to replace, some furniture in the kitchen to rearrange a little... Also on the structure, like on many other buildings in Ischia, there is a lack of moisture, and this is a serious and competitive price and it does nothing to compete with the structure.

We stayed in this residence for our holiday in Ischia.We found ourselves very comfortable for everything. Close and convenient to both ferries and the central road but keep in mind that the last 150 metres before reaching the structure are very steep and therefore difficult if you have more luggage.Staff very kind and available.The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need.Moreover, the cleaning is absolutely perfect.We highly recommend

Holidays in Ischia

We chose the Posidonia Residence for our summer holidays in Ischia. Since booking they have proved professional and available. Our apartment had a wonderful view from both the terraces on the sea and the Aragonese castle. Despite a small initial problem, solved with care and headstrongness, the very kind Francesco, has really worked to make our vacation unforgettable.

Located quite close to the port of Ischia, it is accessible on foot but the last stretch is quite demanding with luggage, feasible but demanding. Very friendly hosts and available to help us both for shopping and with luggage. Upon arrival we found water in the fridge. There is no good quality-price ratio because the structure is cared for outside but the apartment was dirty (especially shower, floors, stoves and towels). Dirty balconies and so also the stendibiancheria. Lenzuola holes and dated mattresses. Maintenance is summary (parts painted for half hand, wires that hang, lamps that hang on, that do not cover the beaches). The fridge is not so distant, but 15/20 minutes near the foot.

Good location

The residence is a few minutes from the port of Ischia, so very convenient to visit the island, in fact we moved quietly with buses and ferries at hand. Close to many restaurants. The apartment was clean and had two balconies, both with sea view. Being high in relation to the village you could enjoy a magnificent view. Very kind person at the reception, carried our luggage with the scooter and since there is actually a nice climb, it is very convenient.

Wonderful view

It was my first time living in a residence in Ischia and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise because this structure is very functional within walking distance of the centre and the port but at the same time outside the chaos of Ischia port for its hilly location.

It's welcoming.

Comfortable residence with all the possible comforts and clean, beautiful panoramic views, even if to do 70 meters of challenging climbing, this allows relaxation and tranquility! Francesco the very welcoming owner, his colleague Giuseppe a certainty for the holiday! Always ready to define the best itinerary most suitable for us with also effective suggestions for the choice of restaurants!
