As soon as I got back from a vacation on this beautiful island I was going to leave right away!! I stayed in this hotel with young and friendly staff...(I felt at home) Strategic location, excellent cleaning and also very good food..... Uniqueneo:maybe we should review a bit the breakfast buffet..but x the rest everything very very well!!!

Lampedusa in the heart

The location is excellent, very close to the Guitgia cove which is beautiful. The hotel deserves its 4 stars for the service, for the kindness and courtesy that the owners and staff have shown. They were all always very available. Our room was beautiful, with terrace overlooking the harbour and with a whole set of courtesy (shelters, towels, towels, headphones, plates and packaged towels etc.). We ate divinely, at dinner there was always fresh fish and cooked with imagination and extreme precision (formula half pension).

It's a dream experience!

The first thing that struck us was the interior colours of the structure that fully reflect the colours of the wonderful Lampedusa, the blue and the blue of its sea. The rest was done by Mrs. Concetta and Mr. Giuseppe (ancients of the craft) very attentive not only to the colours to respect their tradition... but also and especially in the care of customers. You feel at home. You are comfortable in everything and for everything afterwards, cocked and recommended above all. At the same time very attentive not only to the needs of customers but also to respect their spaces and privacy.

Falling in love

We stayed in September in 2, the hotel is old, the elevator looks more like a building materials mount than for people. The dirty and curved carpet on the sides to replace is not hygienic even for animals. The receptionist if you can define such, is not prepared and despite this, he also deals with cooking apparently where he came from, after we were waiting for him to get our documents back.

Four stars in the '60s maybe.

I stayed at the Medusa hotel for 8 days. The room is always well cleaned by the service staff. The room is a little dated but I really appreciated the large terrace. The reception staff are always kind and available. I wanted to thank the chef for his divine dishes, they were really good and tasty. I also thank the staff of the hall Margherita, Luca and the other gentleman who I don't remember the name. They were really very nice, very kind and professional, we felt like home. I highly recommend this hotel. To return for sure.

Nice stay at the Medusa hotel

We were amazed at the capacity and seriousness of the whole, hardworking and silent staff who, in harmonious collaboration with the owners, were able to practice the art of welcoming with constant selflessness and infinite courtesy. The historical beauty of the structure, the daily quiet and meticulous cleaning, the varied and pleasant kitchen, the table service entrusted to the smile of young enthusiasts, made our stay extraordinary.

Professionalism and sensitivity

A cozy and clean hotel overlooking the new harbor... comfortable and clean rooms... exquisite and very professional staff who make you feel at home.

It's like home.

We stayed at this hotel for four days between the end of August and the beginning of September 2022. We highly recommend it! The location is excellent. The owner Mrs. Concetta is a kind and hospitable person, always very available and attentive to the needs of the client. The staff is kind and discreet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, maybe a little spartan for a 4 stars (we had an elegant room). In return the deal with the terrace on the harbour was really remarkable. The first breakfast is varied and abundant. If we had to return to Lampedusa we would definitely stay again at Medusa.

That's a good idea.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beaches in the morning at set times. Small rooms, with terrace, with sea view or port view. Large bathroom with window. Good both breakfast, and dinner with table service and with a choice between 4 ports for the first and second dishes. Very kind and professional hotel owner, always ready to give you advice.

It's a great stay.

We arrived in the week of August where everything was booked. I must say that the kindness of the staff, of Mrs. Concetta and of Agostino made a difference. Good structure, well kept and in a really perfect position: a step from the beach of Guitgia, bus stop and port. Room with dated furniture but always clean. We were in half-retirement and always had an impeccable dinner. Very kind and competent Luca and Margherita, even the good chef and company. Only fault the Wi-Fi almost never worked.
