Parking fee ((5€ per day)), despite not being indicated during booking, disrespectful and rude staff, screaming all the time, three dogs left free to walk around the hotel, so that as soon as we arrived we found pee spots, and in addition inside the room, in the bathroom, there were more pee spots. Confusion from the owners until late at night.

Poor experience, poor cleanliness and professionalism by staff

Two stars but it could have more... very clean, very nice owners, everything super ok... very easy to reach and even to park... very comfortable rooms and beds... the bathroom with a well-functioning and satisfactory shower

Perfect place to stay.

Nothing to spare: from small rooms for two people, to the unwarm room, to the bathroom that leaves you wanting as well as the cleanliness in general.

To be Diminished

I spent one night in this hotel at the end of July, passing by Legnano to visit friends: satisfactory hygiene conditions (apart from having found a bag of bathing wood used in the shower box), a decent room (sober furnishings) and a quiet one. The lady at the reception is very kind. We parked in the inner courtyard for a euro, we were able to buy in the late evening bottles of fresh water in the minibar at the entrance. Given the low cost, I would say not bad.

I read reviews of discontent. At the entrance appears the sign NEW GESTION. Probably the previous management was bad. I can't say anything bad. Booked through Booking without problems. The room is furnished with fresh and pleasant furniture. The bathroom is small, old with shower still with tent. The equipment of a single bag of bathtub foam per person seems to me scarce even for the category of Hotel. The interior parking is paid but in the area there is a very large parking lot. The city center is nearby. For the rest you can't expect more for a hotel that has the lowest prices in the area.

New management

I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I'm sure you'll find it very difficult to get a refund after booking, and I'm sure you'll get a refund.

Personnel Maled

My girlfriend and I called the hotel to find out the availability, we agreed on a double breakfast at 55 euros. When I arrived at the hotel I asked for documents and 65 euros in advance, we asked for explanations about the price increase and the guy at the reception tried to convince us that the agreed price was 65 euros and not 55 euros, giving us lies.

Good morning, Friday night I booked a double room via Booking at Hotel Legnano. I called the hotel late to find out if there was a spare room, and after receiving confirmation from the receptionist we decided to book and go. When we arrived the door was closed, we called the hotel saying we booked a room on Booking etc. The receptionist started screaming that there was no reservation and not to disturb, then when he hung up the phone we heard him say These bastards booking on Booking. We were forced to find another booking system and the next day we tried to charge ourselves the full cost of the room. I called to confirm the solution but they don't do anything... the hotel managers who have visas and they don't want to save me time because they can't find a screenshot of the booking process, and now we're trying to find a way to save them time.

Poor and rude

Good morning Today I went to work to pick up a customer at this facility at nine in the morning. The reception was closed. I rang the bell. A minute later a supplier did the same thing. Finally after a few minutes we decided to try again. After a while a gentleman shouted at me that there were people sleeping, and asked me what I wanted. After explaining that I was calling because I was looking for a client, I was told to arrange and find my client's number and contact him! It's not acceptable! Personally, it's not the way to behave.

Not a bottle of water in the room, not a towel hook in the bathroom, and faucets consumed by limestone and rust, breakfast missing.
