First of all, the last reviews on the sites date back to November 2017. This has led me to err or much and mind the owner of the structure is kept for the first time and that's enough. the room does not comply with the rules of square meters and in force in Italy in the region of belonging. 8 m square for one guest and 14 m square for two guests. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness.

I booked a ten-square-foot room. It was a seven-square-foot cabinet.

Excellent bed and breakfast, very welcoming and friendly owner... excellent quality/price, perfect breakfast, spacious and spacious rooms... modern structure and positioned in the middle of peace!!! highly recommended!!!

bed and breakfast just renovated and we found ourselves well. rooms well taken care of in cozy and clean details. Breakfasts plentiful although with packaged food (by law) but also well stocked with fruit teas, chocolate coffee and sealed salums. courtesy of staff and excellent hospitality

It's a great stay.

The owners/manager was very pleasant and likeable, and the property was immaculate.  However, this type of property is probably best suited for younger couples.  The room has bunk beds at right angles to each other.  So, for more senior age persons, this property is not ideal to stay at.  To have to climb up and down bunk beds to get to the bathroom during the evening hours for elder people is not convenient.  The beds were not comfortable.  The breakfast food was mediocre in quality with prepackaged vs fresh baked pastries or breads. Other B&B's the owners stay and make a breakfast for guests.  Here, they are prepackaged foods - make your own. The owner checks them daily, however, the quality is not there.  This does not seem to be as much of a Bread & Breakfast as much as a house with rooms rented out and a central kitchen if people want to make their own breakfasts that is kept stocked.

Neat and Clean, but not the best situation for Everyone

I stayed in this very cozy B&B and I felt at home. The rooms are really very special and I really appreciated the bunk beds! a really original idea and at the same time very modern! There was nothing missing at breakfast! Daniel was very kind and always very available to all the requests of the customers. The bathrooms were clean, in the rooms we found the towel kit and toilet made of bag with shampoo, foam shower and refreshing napkins (which is not usually found even in hotels). Even our room was called London and we were provided the winter of a beautiful table with a boiler and tissues to make DVDs after the skiing day!!!

Vacation and tranquility in the true sense of the word

I took advantage of a very advantageous coupon for staying in this B&B. The structure has recently been renovated, cozy rooms, common bathroom. Breakfast with packaged products (as provided by law), no fruit or salt and cheeses, which is strange considering we are in our thirties! Daniel the owner is very kind and available. He opened it up recently and, out of solidarity and to encourage him to improve, I don't feel like penalizing it but I think it should optimize many aspects, primarily the bedrooms. Our London room has the single bedroom (and the single room) whose wooden structure is very noisy underneath the uncomfortable: I'm sick with my own back. Daniel's two rooms have always been nice, one down and one down. I can't remember the other but I'm sure we're going to have a few rooms, but we're not sure if we're going to buy a single room, but we're going to have to go to the same room.
