First or foremost, if you book with booking.com, please note that the address does not match with the one which states there. Double check before coming here. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in Ricky rooms. You need to call the owner Irene after you arrive. Otherwise none is contacting you about your stay. The room is well equipped, clean and spacious as well. The internet is weak and not stable. Room service is coming everyday to change the towels and make your bed. It is ideal tho if you staying 2-3 nights.

It was ok stay

Recommended for those who want to stay in the charming historic center and still have nearby the beach, the portico, bars, shops, restaurants. The room is very nice and in a quiet position. The owners Mary and Giovanni are very kind and available. We also recommend visiting their green agriturismo Il Buranco, among olive trees, lemons and vineyards.

In the heart of Monterosso

We stayed here for two nights in early September. Nice location, excellent cleaning. The shower would need a refreshment regarding the door a little old. The room is located two steps from the center of Monterosso. We were assigned the one on the ground floor.

Nice location in Monterosso village

Absolutely to avoid, I stayed there for two nights and I was robbed of quite expensive things from the suitcase (strictly closed with the zip), the owners did not come against us, rather everything else, staff for nothing cordial and arrogant. You hear the noise of trains and the bathroom fan all night long, also the position is uncomfortable because to get there you have to take more than 80 steps up the stairs. The cleaning of the room was not well done, the table was broken and also there is no space to lie down or otherwise lean on axles or other things from the sea. I strongly recommend you to go there.

Absolutely to be avoided

I stayed at the property in August 2021 and I got some pretty expensive stuff stolen from my suitcase. Absolutely avoidable, rude owners who didn't even try to solve the problem. They also made me pay for the entrance to the room and not the end of the stay. Absolutely avoidable.

Don't go to them.

Two steps from the sea, from the ferries, from the center, from the cappuccino cloister, from the Burranco farmhouse, and not too far from the train station, yet isolated in a characteristic and quiet alley. Very nice view from the upper apartment, very well finished and maintained. Too bad for the lack of breakfast but has the advantage of having a small refrigerator and a corner with boiler and plastic and glass glasses. The room is rebuilt daily.

It's excellent.

The room is beautiful and clean but in an uncomfortable position for those who don't want to take 70 steps every night to get there.

Disappointment

First of all want to appreciate my landlord for everything we did for me and to say was a massive pleasure to be a tenant of one of his houses. Nice house, nice cleaning nice tenants live there. Hope to see you soon Ricky and wish to you all the best.

This room was updated and very clean. It was the perfect amount of space for me and my fiancé. They left us with towels to use in the room and toilette paper. It was a perfect location right by the beach. As long as you are okay with a flight of stairs and a bell that rings early in the morning then you will love your stay here.
