I've never seen a dirtier place. It's an amazing experience. The wooden door that doesn't close for anything. The bed (a handkerchief) is dirty with the sheets and the blankets stained. I had to sleep on top of the towel I brought home.

The room was very dirty and smelly. The room, the entrance and the door had no key, so anyone could come into my room. The wifi didn't get to the living room floor, the refrigerator didn't work, and at night I had to unplug it because of too much noise.

It's terrible.

We stayed in this B&B on the occasion of a non-anotola concert, 50 euros for a decidedly dirty room, the tiny bathroom, spider dust and spiders everywhere, a powder puddle on the sheets, the soapless bathroom stuffed by God only knows what.

We came for the motor show and we stayed in this b&b that I have to report to the chef canavacciuolo for his b&b nightmare program.....joined on site the lady told us several times that we are here in Romagna and things are getting precise and with the rules....but I wouldn't say exactly that the lady respects you completely; after paying 60€ a day we had to live with spider dust and germs, we were really a crap, two fingers of dust on the TV spiders that popped out from the ceiling to the floor....not to mention the bathroom attached to the washing machine that when you sit on the right side of the toilet leaning on the edge of the lavabo Emiitto with a wooden spout to be accompanied... after we cleaned up the things and germs, we were really a crap, two fingers of dust on the TV spiders that popped out from the ceiling to the floor....not to mention the bathroom attached to the washing machine that when you sit on the right side of the washing machine Emilio with a wooden spout to be cleaned... we are

It's a shame. I'm still wondering how I could have been fooled so arrogantly. Dirty, dirty. A real house of horrors.

This is the philosophy of this "hostel". Pay for all the period before starting to live there and you are free. No possibility to change your mind. Me too was taken in. I really expected something better as this place names Hostel!! There is no hostel. Just two cameras in an old building of a family. Far from Modena and its center, no people around, conditions really poor. Not worth its price. I expected to meet some people because I'm looking for a flat in Modena. It's not a place for this purpose.

Why you have to pay for something before trying this??

The listing is for an independant apartment but is actually 2 small bedrooms on the second floor shared by a man.  The bathroom is shared with him, you and whatever family happens to be there.  No locks, no privacy, no security.  Dated and in disrepair.  Listing is false and is at the very best a one star!!!  Free parking was actually street parking in a very seedy area.
