Teodora house is located in a very hospitable setting. The room is furnished with taste and also an excellent cleanliness is the first thing you notice. The mattress is super comfortable!!! Daily cleaning of the room including clean towels.

This is great!

The hotel is located a couple of kilometres from Noto and just as close to the sea. It is very convenient for traveling both to the beach and to cultural destinations and the first supermarket is also within 3 minutes' drive; the car park is directly inside the building. The room that has been allocated to us is large and has air conditioning; the cleaning is at the highest levels and entering you can immediately feel a good smell: the very nice Sofia changes the towels every day and the sheets have been given to us at least twice in six days of cooking. The first room has been allocated a stand, a table with chairs in the patio and then a preferred area near the cream to be used for the milk and biscuits from all the guests and we have consumed the lunch from our French lover who is already unable to stay fresh during the day to the sea.

Great stay from Sofia, Franco and Chloe

We were in this place at the end of July, just because I've been around and I've seen B&Bs all over the place. Nice quiet place, excellent cleanliness, the very available and friendly owners, breakfast to be a B&B was very satisfying. The Theodore house is strategically located so you can get to Noto, Avola and other towns quite close in a short time.

That's great!

I stayed with my partner from August 12 to 15. Teodora House is a small oasis near all the most beautiful places in the area, beaches, historic center of Noto, Avola, Marzamemi etc. Mrs. Sofia and her husband welcomed us as family with kindness, availability and attention to our needs. The spacious room and with all the comforts.

Perfect place to stay.

We stayed two nights at the Teodora House. The location is strategic two steps from Noto but close to Marzamemi and Avola (you need the car to move around). Very welcoming without unnecessary luxuries but with all the amenities (breakfast, sympathy and kindness from the owner Sofia and her husband, air conditioning, TV, private parking, outdoor gazebo and their dog Cloe waiting for you the first morning to accompany you to breakfast).

Without too much pretence

Sofia, the owner, takes care to change the towel set every day, reorders the bed and room. Sofia and Franco are really a couple of very available owners, kind and always ready to help you in any need. Sofia's breakfasts are really great and varied for a b&b, they also have a very adorable German female shepherd named Cloe, docile and always looking for coconuts. Very convenient parking space inside the structure, which is equipped with an automatic gate and guests are provided with the remote control.

A great stay in Noto, highly recommended.

TEODORA House has helped make our holiday in Noto beautiful and unforgettable. Every little detail is taken care of in a room that is very clean and fragrant every day, delicious breakfast with delicious cakes prepared by sweet Sofia. In the morning we seemed to have breakfast on the terrace of our house and in pleasant company of the other guests and householders. We spent 15 days in our dreams, thanks to Sofia and Franco you are two spectacular people, yours is not a simple B&B but much more, we will return.

An Unforgettable Holiday

Sofia and Franco immediately managed to make us feel at home as soon as they arrived. Hospitals and always available, they cocked us during the stay in Noto. The rooms are well-groomed, well-furnished and super clean (every day clean towels). Breakfast on the terrace (abundant) is an opportunity to get to know the other guests and share with them the places visited.

Holy Sofia!

We chose this b&b for the proximity to the highway, because it was outside the center and with a garden, but it was better than I expected. My daughter loved turtles and Cloe the house dog, who (unfortunately for her) is educated to respect the privacy of guests!!! I loved the view of the terrace and the evening breeze that fed the evening. Sofia and Franco were very kind and available beyond normal. The practical and psychological support for a tourist change program was priceless. Breakfast is great with cake and even homemade juices. Sofia the ACE is great!

Home away from home

We also enjoyed a nice holiday thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the hotel managers, Sofia and Franco, who were always ready to meet our needs.The room was always clean and our laundry changed every day.The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.The location of the hotel allowed us to reach all places easily.The quality/price ratio was excellent.
