The spacious room with sea view and porch with a small balcony useful for reflections of the evening in the light of the moon. The parquet exalts cleanliness, the bathroom could be improved but let's remember that we are on a three star. The spacious dining room with sea view as well as the terrace where you can consume breakfast. The gentle and hardworking (old way) owner is an example for the young employees all attentive, available and... does not spoil smiling.

Modestly at best

Hotel well located, in a very special context. Excellent staff and staff. A special compliment to the staff all over the place, from waitresses to receptionists to room cleaners: professionalism, courtesy, efficiency. Relaxing and quiet environment. Excellent cleanliness throughout the whole structure. Exceptional sea view. Well-placed and well-maintained swimming pool.

It's a great hotel.

Hotel well managed by the family owners and always kind staff. Beautiful pool, hotel with panoramic location on the sea, close to the beach and with private parking. Thank you to Mr. Maximo and the kitchen staff for the attention in the preparation of gluten free dishes (I give six stars for the fabulous gluten-free fries they cooked me).

It's a great vacation.

The hotel has recently been renovated and therefore very nice and cozy. Spacious room. Accommodation with full pension clause: always excellent lunches and dinners and fish was never lacking. The cook is very good. Breakfast with everything one can expect. Large covered garage inside the hotel area. Private beach two steps from the hotel and beach for a fee from the opposite side of the harbour reachable with a walk of 700 meters.

It's perfect!

The hotel is a little old, but well maintained, very clean. Sacrifice the single rooms, without sea view. The food is very good and abundant. The staff and entire staff are very kind and available. The owner and his family are very kind and skilled in the craft. Excellent beach services. All in all, a nice experience, to recommend.

Have a good vacation.

I was with my family last week of June. The hotel is located at the beginning of the beaches of Numana. The room is quite large (quadruple), with bathroom perhaps to modernize a little, but still very clean, and functional. Terrace overlooking the portico, the beaches and the sea...that is to say, waking up and looking out and seeing the sea already makes you feel good. The outdoor pool, with hydromassage and an attached swimming pool for children, always guarded by a bathroom. SUPERGENTILE and available staff, very polite, really friendly and friendly, from the owners, the cleaners, the roommates, the maire.

Well very well, excellent kitchen, very kind room staff, very nice and very good the beach guy, immaculate bathroom, room and bathroom very small but having booked a week earlier we already knew that it was so great cleanliness and also excellent room air conditioning I don't give five stars just because the dining room wasn't cool

That's great.

We were guests of the facility for a weekend. Prevented by voice without even sending a confirmation via email €330.00 a night for 2 full nights pension. I arrive at the hotel on Friday evening at 7pm and we immediately encounter the reception with an unwilling operator who seemed to bother us. Instead....I must say that we tried to stay away from the reception for the whole stay.....even though paying guests seemed to bother us....We went to the room....Mivar TV of 1989 with almost 6 TV channels on. Frigobar turned on: completely empty.

Completely Outraged

I stayed with my wife for five days in this beautiful hotel to celebrate our anniversary. Family run hotel and what a family run hotel. We found each other perfectly comfortable, like being at home.

It's great.

The television, an old Mivar model, did not work; I presented it to the reception and the lady, quite upset, informed me that they had all been checked. However, after checking they found out that the remote control did not work. Once in operation it was actually obsolete with only a dozen channels visible. For the evening we decided to eat the restaurant attached to the Hotel terrada pesimo (Hotel Pesimo), on the floor represented by the menu displayed next to the elevator that brought the tours.
