It was that the summer season had not yet begun, a very nice place overlooking the sea and spacious. Recommended also for families having a tennis court and diving nearby. It could be a landmark in the summer. Recommended

Work in March

We were a group of 26 people. We arrived at two o'clock on Saturday afternoon and many of the rooms were not yet ready, some of us even had the keys to the apartment delivered in the late afternoon, around 5.00. The lady who runs the facility by herself, Graziella, immediately turned out to be very rude, scouted, not available. We didn't give any help in bringing our suitcases to the upper floors, many of the people in the group were elderly and had difficulty carrying luggage to the floors, there were many stairs and no elevator.

Shortcomings and unavailability

When we were unable to find a dammouse available for August at the end of May, we found the residence Kuddie Rosse as an alternative and we have no regrets. Graziella at the reception welcomed us as if we were at her house. She told us a few stories, offered us a drink and led us to our residence on the top floor with a beautiful view of the pantesco sea. We are on the west coast and then in the evening there are crazy sunsets. The apartment is spacious and bright. Wi-Fi working. Useful kitchen. Double floor, both very nice. Air conditioning working and perfect cleanliness. Breakfast to bring to the room simple but good. Recommended.

Pleasant surprise

The apartments are spacious and equipped with a large terrace overlooking the sea or on the hill. The price includes breakfast which is not very rich and varied but acceptable. Overall the structure is valid but would need maintenance and care both regarding the housing units (v. bathroom) and the exterior (lack of night lighting, very neglected maintenance of the back road and the green area on the parking lot).

It's a great location.

A wide selection of housing units. Air conditioning and perfect sun exposure. Two steps from the sea and a few minutes from the village of Pantelleria. Tennis and diving in two steps.

Structure suitable for stays in Pantelleria

Good accommodation, with a great view. Internet sometimes is slower but the management is doing the best they can to provide us good conditions. 
The kitchen is good and the rooms are big. 
We can play tennis there.

We arrive at the house and are welcomed inside. So far no problem. Next, for the heat we requested in a room with little ventilation a ventilator precisely, which we are denied because they didn't intend to buy one. Also we ask later also for a barbecue to roast, but we are told we have few available so we preferred to deny it to everyone rather than make someone. Finally, perhaps the most ridiculous thing, we were the only ones who lacked a cavatappi, which in short having asked Graziella, the manager of the customers, since the beginning of the stay she never took us time and apologized.

Curse and Indiscipline

I stayed for a week in a small apartment of this structure, the positive side is that I had a good sea view with a large terrace and the staff present was always available and friendly; unfortunately the negative sides were multiple that I summarize below: - the air conditioner only worked for a couple of days, then went down the centralized system - general cleaning rather poor, many ants in the kitchen - the shower sill was broken and often rolled to the ground - we were a day without hot water - they never replaced the sheets, the towels were replaced only once, and on request

In general, the structure is good but needs urgent maintenance.

As soon as I returned from a week of total relaxation in Pantelleria, where I left a piece of my heart. A welcoming island and everything to discover with alleys all to discover and restaurants to enjoy local delicacies. To complete a perfect week the red kuddie, a new structure, from which to admire beautiful sunsets on the sea and immersed in total tranquility, despite the proximity to the center and everything that is needed (including the only gas station on the island).

A dream vacation

The location is perfect: close to Pantelleria village with an exceptional view; Eric on arrival welcomes you with sympathy and kindness and also the girl who every morning serves breakfast is really a beautiful person always smiling but.. the positive notes stop here. The apartment is quite new but already full of small things that need maintenance: a door that does not close, a microwave that does not go, the mosquito net that is missing and the air conditioning that at our arrival did not work (miraculously I am significantly managed to arrange it). You have a wonderful land but without a slide, only in a private table with chairs.. Benefits of the old penny with the faria open.
