This place was the cherry on the cake of our humble vacation! A cottage immersed in nature, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees, where to spend real moments of relaxation. The apartment, overlooking the garden and the pool, was clean and well maintained. The availability and kindness of the owners made us feel at home.

A house of dreams

We had little time to fully appreciate all the potential of this place... surely the manager is very kind and very thoughtful, the bird room has a simple furnishings the bathroom has a shower with cabin. even if I turned on the heat, the room and the bathroom were a little cold. Breakfast was not included. surely in summer it is a place with a lot of potential and for the scenery it is also suggestive.

Beautiful, simple, very quiet and clean structure located in the first hills of the perugino, in a really suggestive and baricentric position compared to the main tourist destinations of the area. Outdoor swimming pool easily reachable, easy to use and very relaxing, especially considering the 360° view. Owner really friendly, very available and very educated... puts you at ease immediately. Unique new breakfast that, although consumed in a very nice and relaxing but at 9€ per room.... can and should be absolutely improved, with the insertion of homemade and express products, limiting to the maximum the use of industrial and packaged ones...; in such a way The sheet delivered by the owner with its own restaurant indication, highlights that next to your dining room and breakfast experience is a good reminder of the context in which the best way to improve the food is to improve the food in the kitchen.

It was a very charming and well-maintained place, although it was in the autumn and the place had a beautiful landscape. The manager is a very courteous person and is available for any need, and the apartment was spacious and furnished well, although the bathroom faucet might have squeezed a little too much and would have needed a puzzle, but it was also very convenient for the location and definitely to return to!

We stayed in August, in an apple apartment, nice, well equipped with cooking corners. The nature, the green swimming pool, the discrete courtesy of the owner, the pond, as well as the proximity to the main shady attractions, make it an excellent place.

A Wonderful Place

An enchanting farmhouse, a paradise of tranquility in harmony with nature, a pond, a swimming pool with a stone bottom, lavender spoons and many butterflies, clean and welcoming rooms, but above all there is Massimiliano, who welcomes you as a family person.

A jewel immersed in nature!

Beautiful landscapes and enchanting sunsets that fill your eyes with beauty. I relaxed by the pool and roamed on the hammock enjoying the peace of a special place. I traveled with Lillo, my puppy. And it was happy to be welcomed as in few places happens. If you want to go for a walk around, just ask Massimiliano... and you'll find yourself in Bevagna watching the wonderful Merugia delle gaite or discovering the unknown and fascinating corners of Perugia, delighted by the shadowy specialities.

Peace of Mind

The apartment is a bit small, the furnishing is rustic but functional. Massimiliano is a friendly, discreet and available guest. The structure has a swimming pool that overlooks a beautiful landscape. There is in addition to a pond where, free of charge, you can fish some carp while spending some time relaxing. The location is strategic, in the middle of the most renowned locations of the area ((15-20 minutes from Assisi and Perugia,25 from Gubbio).

Small apartment big view

At the end of our tour of Italy, we spent 5 days in the Casale Giuncheto in a lovingly decorated apartment in a small, secluded house on the hills of Umbria. The beautiful bed equipped with beautiful bedding provided for our well-being. The countryside is a boon to the eye and one can enjoy the soul. The pool on the hill provides an opportunity for refreshing and an open view of Perugia. Especially the warm nature of Massimano made the stay pleasant and it was a pleasure to learn more about the presence. The proximity of the cities of Perugia and Assisi offers a variety of sights and sights. Jazz is appreciated by the Italian side of Perugia. We would like to visit the two rooms in our home, especially the one we enjoyed in the morning and afternoon, and we would like to have a quick lunch in the nearby Casale.

good location if you want to combine the beautifull nature experience of umbria and visit to historical sights in Assisi and peruga.
