He hosted us for our first motorcycle rally, which is to say... spectacular. Breathless location in the medieval castle with original library and books to be read. Positive accommodation. Private parking even for motorcycles. Always available bar and excellent restaurant. For the evening of the meeting we agreed with the structure an excellent menu that has not disappointed anyone to re-create.

I have stayed here twice and absolutely loved it! It's quiet country setting and fabulous dining was the highlight of our trip exploring Italy. I highly recommend it. We stayed in the suite that opened from the bedroom onto the roof area with beautiful views of the countryside. 

Magical!

I was with my wife and we had three wonderful days, and the receptionist was very kind and available, and we needed a nurse to do stitches, and the receptionist activated himself and contacted us, and I just feel like I'm going to make a little note: breakfast is not the height of a castle, we were expecting more.

It's a beautiful castle set in the greenery of the outskirts of Perugia. It's easy to reach by car. It's unexpected to find here because of its architectural characteristics.

Here we stand in front of one of Italy's finest examples of a magnificent castle built in the Umbrian countryside, an unforgettable location for the quality of its rooms, amenities, hospitality, cuisine and magical atmosphere.

An impressive location that will forever be in my heart!

Great architecture.  Great weather.  Large and modern baths.  Old world feel.  Charming.  Great service.  The beds were comfortable.  The ambiance was quiet, since the situs was in the country, but within 15 minutes of the city.  

Authentic old castle, modern comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at the castello. Our room was large, clean and comfortable, not in the castle proper but in the villa. The food was OK. We would definitely stay again.
Take time to drive around the area - getting lost and eating with locals is a treat.

A step back in time

Castello dell'Oscano The medieval castle is built in medieval style and is located in a forest on one of the green hills of Umbria. The castle itself has 11 rooms of different sizes and equipped with antique furniture and suites, restaurant, music room, library, The villa ada is a Renaissance building that once served as a prayer structure for Contessa Ada, surrounded by ancient oak trees, and another rural building on the slope of the hill that was the home of the miner (la macina dell'oscano) The compound was later attached to the castle. With 13 apartments, Castello del Oskano Very close to the cities: Perugia and Assisi, Gubbio has an amazing restaurant and an excellent meal that characterizes the good life as it was customary to serve on tables during the aristocracy while the Contessa Ada lived in the castle and invited the noble and wealthy Perugia I think the special dish is a risotto with truffles collected from the grove that surrounds the castle.The restaurant chef proves the prestigious cuisine, served at 20:00 according to the rules, with the guests sitting at the tables around the room and leaving the main table Rick ... waiting for this day to Contessa Ada!
