Modest hotel on the Adriatic, next to the very noisy railway. New but too small room. We didn't enjoy lunch or dinner. Private parking available for customers. Beach in front of the hotel Suitable for those with few needs.

Hotel on the Adriatic

We were there for a week. Camera with sea view. Not soundproofed at all: a lot of traffic noise overlooking the state and the ferry. Free Wi-Fi but nothing working, poorly connected television changing channels, adjusting volume and everything else, to the point of not being able to watch it: signalled but they didn't even check what it could be. Bad police in both the room and bathroom and in common spaces. Bad bathroom clean even when we arrived. Air conditioned in the room not working. Breakfast with poor products: brioches for nothing customers, rubbery and with cream visibly for nothing fresh. Affected people who had not even had their drying in an unwashed dish. Fruit of the fresh seafood was reserved for the frosted seafront, with a projected greenhouse with a temperature of 30 degrees, but the parking lot with a temperature of 30 degrees and a temperature of 30 degrees, and the hotel with a free parking space and a free room with a temperature of 30 degrees.

Everything has to be improved!

At the gates of Pesaro, on the coastline, very nice owner, nice, available, decent, clean room, with the necessary. Our facing towards the sea, a little noisy given the state and railway, but cool and scenic.

The grandson's swimming competitions

It was a short but beautiful break. The reason for our mini vacation was for the NATIONAL athletics championship held in Fano. So this location in total relaxation, only 10 minutes from our destination was perfect. Sea view, on the Sea. Not those sea views 2 km from the sea. The family welcome, you feel immediately if you are prepared to recognize these feelings and The sincerity of the kind ways really comes when it is authentic. The kitchen curated by the very owner is essential, homemade, a touch of familiarity; an exchange of experience with the owner, always available and present, then it was a hug for the soul. Congratulations on the availability of all the staff who with care and professionalism care for the company in its daily course!! Thank you.

the kindness of the staff is quite unique and it was really very much appreciaterd!!
we booked with just little notice but on our arrival the heating was on and the room perfectly clean!
Everything looks pretty new, beds very very comfortable. Even if the bathroom is quite small  it provided eveything.
Breakfast quite nice with a choice of home made cackes, croissants as well as eggs, ham cheese etc. 

We ha the chance to try the restaurant as well: cuisine tasty and really worth the try!

what a surprise!

The hotel has just inaugurated the new rooms!! Everything is clean, new and with a relaxing atmosphere. You are in front of the beach, a step from Pesaro and Fano, a beautiful hill behind you. The owners are two exquisite people, I highly recommend it!

It's all new!

I would have given at least 4 stars if I hadn't been given a room (No. 8) really indecent. Described as a mountain view instead gave on a floor wall, no visibility or light, the bed little more than a brandy, the tiny bathroom, no bidet and below the minimum allowed size to get the approval. Even the sink did not respect the standard measures nor the minimum allowed ones. If I can afford a suggestion it would be appropriate for the breakfast girl to throw the paper curtains already used by other guests instead of pouring them out if she was still clean, in force of covid. I was on the journey to work (at least waiting for some other standards and I have also revealed very much personal defiance because I really preferred to avoid the curtains.)

Too bad about the room.

On my own vacation, I've never felt this wonderful welcome, and superlative cuisine (I'd only chosen breakfast and finally for a week I made all the meals there😁).

A few kilometers below Pesaro, along the Adriatic state road that leads to Fano. I was travelling by train so the place can be reached either by bus line (which leads to Pesaro city but also to Urbino, my study destination) or by taxi that in Pesaro has affordable prices. In front of the structure the road and the train, which is why if you have trouble sleeping it is advisable to ask for a room that opens on the hill that is still next to the hotel but... DO NOT IMPORT! It is not a demerito!! Across the road there is the beach, clean and well kept: balneys and also a kind of free beach.

Food, place, details, courtesy

Great location a few steps from the sea. I have a hotel with a little dated but functional furnishings. A clean little room with air conditioning but no fridge bar, our view was hill so very cool. Gentle and welcoming staff. One evening we also had dinner at the facility and I have to say that, considering the standard of the local restaurants, it was nothing. Overall we found ourselves really good. For a relaxing holiday at a low cost I recommend.
