Great location. A beautiful beachfront. Clean and cozy. Good breakfast included and good. Affordable price. Friendly and available staff. They recommended places to visit and dining restaurant. Everything very neat.

Vacation ruined.

The hotel was bad: dirty, smelly, insect-filled rooms, clogged laundry, no elevator in 2022, very high rates, rude behavior by the lady at the reception...

We're too bad!

The location of the hotel is undoubtedly convenient, since the beach is across the street, but the price range does not match the quality of the rooms. A double one is practically the size of a single one, except for the bed that is a little larger and where you barely move. The furniture is vintage, but patience, over which you can pass, contenting yourself. The bathroom is tiny, since the bidet is embedded in the water and you have a hard time bathing... There is only one outlet in the room and the fridge is only the refrigerator, meaning that you can put the water to keep it cool, but it's not a single fridge-bar. The buffet is quite assorted at the moment, but the milk and coffee seems to be fresh from the kitchen without the machine.

The quality/price band is not proportionate

Directly on the long sea and a few steps from the centre of Pescara, the hotel presents itself as a somewhat dated structure but this is nothing compared to the location of this hotel. The parking is not private but is easily and free on the street.

Very friendly reception, 24-hour reception, room small, but with a balcony that was relatively large, with seating. Rooms with sea view would be wonderful, I had rooms at the back. But for that very quiet! Everything you need in the room, including haon, and a properly decorated shower where the Pescara water is not distributed throughout the entire resort. TV standard.

It's a great value for money!

Hotel on the northern coast of Pescara. Seafront room with air conditioning and very comfortable bathroom. Breakfast varies with high quality products.

Very convenient location for daily excursions to the coast of the overcoasts and other nearby sites such as Ortona and Fossa Abbey

We're staying here for two nights with the family, comfortable, very clean room, new bathroom, very kind and available staff, paper breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30.

I 'd recommend it.

I was riding my bicycle and I was given the opportunity to park it safely inside the structure. Good location, right on the Longomare. Rooms not wide, but clean.

Satisfactory

Hotel with no claims for those who don't want to spend much but in a great location. Beachfront. Rooms and bathroom a bit dated. Discrete breakfast. If you arrive by car, it's no parking. But all in all, we were satisfied.
