Convenient for the location but still much work to be done to be considered a 3-star hotel. We had to stay for 2 days for an emergency but we left first. Attention to the rooms! Poor cleaning! Very dated fittings ruined (partly also routes) and above all not soundproofed. Breakfast: Buffet with many old products! But above all the plastic glasses for milk and coffee!

I hope I don't go back to that.

This morning I went with my one-and-a-half-year-old son to this facility because it's the only one nearest to my house. I got there around 11:00 and I went with my son and asked if there was a place for me, a gentleman with glasses started causing problems on the umbrella, which his employee because the wind couldn't open it, I looked around and they were all open, I didn't answer because I'm educated, then he told me that I had to pay him an umbrella station and 2 beds for 20 euros.

You're being rude!

We went to the hotel to enjoy the pool, the entrance paid 20 euros a couple maybe a little exaggerated calculating that there was the bar closed (what but that we had been told), no music or entertainment. The swimming pools were not so clean then, in the small central it was impossible to get in with the animals floating and in the big on the ground it was quite dirty, the staff left you there and we were not even accompanied to the entrance to the beds.

You can do more!

I didn't pay for a nice room which is the minimum when you have a hotel east to maintain it. I don't recommend it at all as you can see in the photos and the wifi doesn't work. When you take the luxury room and ba it's not easy to cash the price in sight of the state of the room I'm angry and very upset ️️️

Too expensive for the state room to deplore a horror

We booked in advance under the name Hotel Bourbonico di Pietrassa, and when we arrived we found the Gold Hotel at the same address. The structure is average but would need maintenance to the facilities, to improve Wi-Fi coverage (precaria) and especially 3G/4G LTE coverage for mobile phones.

Mediocre level, good kitchen, Wi-Fi coverage and GSM/3G/4G precarious, okay parking

I've been staying in this hotel for about a week...the hotel is new and the rooms are very clean! The negative notes that should be improved on are: breakfast is scarce (there are 3/4 cakes but more or less all the same) the hotel pool but not available to guests except for a fee... and this is what I find absurd.

There's more you can do.

Unreliable and bad in the organization, I had booked for my 83-year-old mother and my sister from 14/8 to 17/8 a room on the first floor with street view on a €100,00 deposit. When they arrived they gave her a room on the second floor with no view and my mother would never be able to walk up there because of the problems she has.

I think that's a very bad organization.

We had chosen this hotel mainly for its swimming pool and based on the photos of the rooms...saying that we were disappointed would be an euphemism!! On the spot we are told that the pool is an extra 7 euros per adult and per day (4€ for children)! the rooms are not isolated at all...between the noise of the neighbouring rooms and the traffic of the adjacent street, it is practically impossible to close your eyes at night. Taking a box is part of the exploit since the flow is inadequate and the shower bed is racked with limestone...the security is also to be desired: the poor quality of the room is often covered by a low-rise in front of the bathroom with cut bins or broken holidays, a safe room with a hidden enclosure in front of the house with the children's room and a small room in front of the house!

Running away

Since we needed an overnight accommodation in the area, we chose this hotel mainly because of the parking space and the location. The reception service is acceptable. Rooms with poor maintenance if done or not. Cleanliness is ok. The pool is not accessible at the price of the room. Quality ratio price not measured.

Structure with poor maintenance, good location and presence of parking

The hotel was very nice, so this morning we went to the pool, it was very nice, but the service and quality were bad, and we stayed in Portici, and we were always in a 3-star hotel, so being so proud doesn 't get you anywhere.
