One of the worst experiences of my life put a very dirty blanket of dirty blood the very kind owner until you pay it off after two days that I had stayed there I had asked him for a refund and to keep only the two days that I had stayed because of poor sanitation conditions and he told me that he could only give me half the amount I had given him to stay for a month and I would add that this b&b and a port of people of the worst kind

hopefully in august my 3th visit at this place. Excellent location and Massimo is a great host.its located in the centre of Prato. The pub below has nice beers and awesome food! I recommen both places for sure!

Great

The B&B is right above a pub and up to 2 in the morning it's impossible to sleep especially in summer when you have to keep the windows open. Music, screams, voices, a nightmare. In the room there's a kind of fan that only moves the air but if you get it when it's 38 degrees outside and the room 32 is impossible to sleep. Okay, it's specified that breakfast is not included but what would it cost you a better convention with the pastry bar in front?

Noise and heat

I've been to this b&b twice, the first time in September alone and the second time as a couple (in November). Both the stays were pleasant, the rooms are nice and furnished in an original way. Bathroom and common areas are always clean and in order. And the owner was always kind and super available. Price absolutely in line with the service! I strongly recommend it both for a solo trip and for a company stay. The location is very central is very convenient to visit Prato, but also to go to the nearby cities since the nearest station is 5 minutes walk away!

Two stays, no disappointment!

Massimiliano is a very good host and responds very quickly to any queries that you may have. He let me know of all the important places on arrival which made my stay easier and there is friendly bar staff below who always helped when needed. If you need any accommodation while staying in the Prato area, I recommend Massimiliano :)

Conference in Prato made even better by accommodation

It was a great experience all in all. Massi immediately responds to your email queries even if you book via an online booking site so you don't have to wait for a long time especially if you're coming from another country. He also gets in touch with you and coordinate your arrival time so he meets (and waits for) you at the door.

There's free coffee (among other choices) from the vending machine and free breakfast just across from the building--whose servers are all very, very friendly and accommodating.

The room is very clean and well maintained. I'm supposing all the rooms are in this condition because even the shared toilet facility is very clean. Feels like home.

Since there's a bar directly below the property and people hang out in the streets at night, it can get very noisy. BUT surprisingly, if you close the windows, it nearly shuts down all the noise. And there's free earplugs as well for very sensitive sleepers. So it's all good.

The only down side I can think of is for Ozne to put a better/ bigger/ more readable signage, as I walked past it when I was looking for the place. I had to walk back and then I saw Massi waiting for me. But it is not difficult to locate and it's a pretty central location. It's also just opposite the Monash Uni Prato Centre, which is really great if you have a conference there.

very good experience

A business trip took us to Prato and we chose this exquisite B&B located in the historic center of Prato. The owner is very cozy. A large, cozy four-person room in vintage style. A large, serviced and very clean bathroom. We felt at home. Great for young people or working stays.

An exotic B&B in the historic center of Prato

In the historic center, the club is nice but unfortunately in direct contact with the pub below. live music and noise until late at night. It's suitable for those who like to go to bed very late and, above all, for those who also sleep on the rocks.

Characteristic but chaotic

I stayed only one night for work, the structure is a bit unusual, very original, comfortable and clean. Despite the late hour of arrival Massimiliano was very polite and available for check in. The structure is located in the center of Prato on Artists' Road, resulting in the risk of nighttime skirmishes due to the underlying premises.
