We stayed at this hotel for Christmas shopping, I, a friend and two children, the experience was terrible, three stairs to the rooms, but no elevator, the water from the shower is always cold and poor quality food.

Experience not to be repeated

Very nice vacation. We were super positively surprised. The hotel and the rooms were clean, which we didn't know from Italy. The HP was very diverse and the choice at the Antipasti/Salat Buffet was very large and good. The homemade cakes for breakfast and coffee were a dream as were all the sweets. The breakfast buffet had a good choice. The service was super warm and friendly. The price/performance ratio is top. We bought ourselves right at home. Our two welcome dogs were also perfect and the location of the hotel is to go to the street. We are happy to come back.

A lovely, lovingly run hotel

The only negative note was the food, bad quality, some products had commercial, industrial taste. You can't take me to eat the broccoli stem without the broccoli. For charity, I understand that you eat the waste as well, but where did the broccoli end up? Tiramisu had nothing to do with the classic recipe. If you don't know how to make it, don't do it! Make your typical sweets! The other negative point, I saw the big cans with the words palm oil written on them that's been banned since 2007! I hope they were empty, and they were put in 2007? Everything else, normal.

Bad food

The hotel's positive notes are the location and the pool and the card to use the free means (almencard) The extremely negative notes only that it's not clean we found a spider near the dressing room the dirty towel and the dirty sheets( promptly changed), it doesn't have the elevator it's very old inside.. and the kitchen is comparable to the dining room, enough. We served a Bolognese rag of the common ones in a container, the buffet is very scarce, I asked not to eat the speck and I was told there was a bit of it.. so I'm very disappointed with the kitchen, besides we had to have a small starting shower that wasn't there, also 2 cafes and 5 bottles of water we paid for 22 euros.. we can't ask anyone to return to the hotel.. I hope we can't pick up the hotel.

5 days in the beautiful Trentino

We've been very well at the Rosenheim Hotel, an ideal location to tour the beautiful Pusteria Valley, but even if you stay there you'll be immersed in the greenery of the South Tyrol and you'll be able to walk around in all the relaxation.

It's a great place.

Its strengths are the location, rather close to the Subis building which is the entrance to the Alps, the garden, pleasant, well maintained, with countertops, chairs and trolleys and the open pool rather large Perin small hotel. In fact the hotel is very frequented by families with children. The weak points are the modest rooms and simple and family food.

Discreet and nothing more

What happened here is beyond the scope. Five days before arriving, the lady of the house wrote to me that unfortunately she had double booked, and that she could book us in another hotel (6 people and 3 dogs!). On request, she sent us 2 hotels to choose, we accepted it, but then it was said that the hotel we chose also unfortunately did not have enough capacity. If we could not postpone our vacation!!! (completely absurd, 6 people, everything working and all the huts for the subsequent heat tour of course also long booked the phone table was not reachable at first...) We then asked in parallel in the other hotel if even the rooms were free enough. We were finally able to book them, so I guessed that after a few hours of booking, we could not even go to the rose house.

Unfortunately, the anticipation of a vacation has been thoroughly erased.

Holidays 2018

The area is not very well known and as soon as you arrive you are sick of the beauty and serenity of the surroundings. A few km from the Pusteria and then very close to many excursions, but very reasonable compared to other similar structures, the trust granted (they did not ask for any goats). Discovered by chance, it turned out to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Great hotel in a bucolic setting

The rooms are convenient and very clean, almost all with (partly large) balcony. The amenities have come into the years but this is compensated by the warm hospitality. The breakfast and dinner are plentiful and delicious. There is also a small sauna and a swimming pool in summer. The (ski) bus stops almost directly at the hotel. There is also a ski booth.
