The flat is big and comfortable, it is near the metro station and bus station and a lots of supermarkets. Alice is very helpful & she is really a kind person.
The place is near the Vatican, and a lot of cafes and restaurants. 

Amaizing Home

An apartment in a relatively comfortable location (close to services and stations), made a guesthouse first offered on AirBnB-type circuits and then offered as a structure on Booking.com. The condition of the apartment is not exactly sluggish, but rather diarrhea. The cleaning in compensation is quite good, but being a multi-room solution with shared bathroom everything depends on the casual neighbors.

It's only fine if it's very cheap.

I visited Alice House for my birthday and it was absolutely lovely! Very good location, only 5 min walking away from the metro. The location is incredible clean, especially that is very cheap. We had a very good time, and the lady handling our stay, Rebeca she was very helpful. 
Breakfast is good, everything is very nice. 
I highly recommend this location for a cheap holiday, but very comfortable and clean ❤️

Lovely

The staff was very attentive from the beginning, but it is VERY important to be on the lookout for mail and WhatsApp if they arrive too late, so that they have plans to leave the key.An inconvenience is that there is no one waiting for the place, this meant that I had to go to the OTRO partner hotel to pay my reservation.Outside of that the room was spacious and clean, with an excellent view of the plaza of Santa Maria Maggiore.It is very convenient that there is a supermarket very close by, as well as various restaurants around.

The best is the location and views of Santa María Maggiore, there is no breakfast service and no cleaning, very close to the Termini station, convenient if you travel by train around Italy and you leave the airport bus as well.

I stayed in this apartment for a few days with my boyfriend to visit Rome. Strategic area, close to the traffic stops that lead to the city center. Available and nice staff. Well maintained apartment, definitely well renovated recently because in an old building but still special.

We stayed at Alice's House for four nights with a group of 12 people. Our apartment was in an ideal situation right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore 5 minutes walk from Termini station, but as I was told there were problems there too, mainly because the number of people had decreased and it took a long time to return the sums already paid for the two missing guests. As far as I understood Alice (if it really exists because it hasn't been seen) has three of these apartments in different areas of Rome.
