Very kind and available service. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The location is two steps from Termini station and half an hour's walk from the city's main attractions. If I had the opportunity to return to Rome, I would choose this B&B again.

Comfortable and welcoming

On the evening of September 4th, before I leave budgetplaces sends me an email telling me that the B&B was no longer available to host me... The operator offers me an apartment with 4 bedrooms and a single bathroom in place... (no comment) I call Bed & Breakfast Major to have speeches and a foreigner responds to me with a slight accent in Italian saying that the boss is not available, I write an email but no reply..

Zero professionalism, zero fairness, zero quality... to be avoided

I came with two friends and we were pleasantly surprised... well located, clean, staff very kind, I recommend this establishment thank you again for your warm welcome, you do not speak French but you helped us well despite all Muriel

good report quality price

Great quality/price ratio and strategic location, great private bathroom in the room, the only recommendation is to try to contact them between 2:00 and 7:00 because at other times they don't answer.

Excellent!

I tried to stay at this property by booking.com. A few days later the automatic mail service of booking.com reported me a problem with the credit card but everything turned out to be normal I tried to contact the reception desk at the times indicated but never got a response. Even through sending email no response. A week after booking this is deleted. Obviously no response to further attempts to contact the property. Professionalism non-existent!!!!

It's embarrassing.

The room was new and in a different stable than the one reserved, but we were satisfied with the excellent location within a few minutes of both the station and the city center.

I'm pretty happy with it.

The hotel is quite easy to spot (with a nice plan on..) and very well located. We had been welcomed properly. I think that often, it is students who hold the office (the entrance) and do the housekeeping, they are nice, smile and answer our questions. The room is small but clean, there is a small desk on which there is a small TV with a chair, a rather large cabinet, there is no climate but a ventilator on the ceiling. The bathroom is also but clean (shower, sink with large mirror, wc, bidet and small room departures) The bed is comfortable with two pillows and a small fruit if necessary. and there is a small chair. We arrived to a cold office for a guy who did not need to feel comfortable.

We were three decus, we warned our arrival at the establishment a week in advance and on the day of our arrival we tried to call the establishment more times of our arrival impossible to reach them pregnant of six months I had to book another emergency hotel for fear of being on the street, then we left them a voice message to warn them that we were coming more, to our surprise we were debiting on our credit card the total amount of the sum, when it was not our fault.

three shreds

This Bed and Breakfast, should be renamed because it doesn't have any breakfast. On the other hand, the rooms are miserable, and noisy! The room 5 we were in is the one stuck to the front door. Going and coming constantly, ringing at all hours. SDB is ridiculously small and a little wet. The fridge is boiling, no TV remote control, the window is not, and it looks on an extremely noisy street, no air conditioning.

I can 't do that!

Very well situated, 5 minutes from the metro and train, 15 minutes from the Colosseum. Keys lost for total independence. Welcome. Possibility of fresh breakfast! A few small things missing: a light bulb and a hair dryer that we would certainly have supplied on request.
