Garibaldi suite hotel a real guarantee. Really courteous and professional staff, rooms with new and clean furnishings in the smallest detail. What is very important located in a perfect and central area two steps from the square of Spain (despite this your rest will not be disturbed by the Roman movement), fair price for all comfort and a good breakfast.

It's time to go back!

Booked this the day before and so happy we did - great location - a few steps to the Spanish steps. I had warned my daughter that the room would probably be tiny given the location but we were so surprised - we had a vestibule, desk area, indoor balcony type place, bedroom and a great bathroom with bath. We were dancing around when we realised this was all ours. You do need to let them know when you arriving as there isn’t always a receptionist present but it wasn’t a problem as they also seem to own the cafe downstairs. If you are considering a stay don’t hesitate.

Great little gem. Just loved it - want to go back.

We stayed as a family in the Garibaldi Suites, a couple with 3 children and a baby. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Plaza de España and its luxury shops. There is everything you need to rest at the foot of the suites and the subway 50 meters away. We were able to book a double suite (mazzini and mameli) which allowed us to have intimacy and move freely between the two rooms. Our baby room is very well arranged and even installed a bed in our room. The rooms are clean, well decorated and very comfortable size for Rome. Small bathrooms can be a small product and the lack of light in our room, because we eat in March.

Excellent price ratio

The location of the place is strategic, 2 minutes from the metro and 5 minutes from the bus stop. I was able to take advantage of the means thanks to the suggestions of the owner Katia, a willing, patient and kind person. The room was always clean. Among my suggestions: improve the breakfast offered by the bar, I have no big demands personally for breakfast, but I would have liked something more. And a stunning note is that last night I didn't close my eyes because of the protracted screams of the other guests who took advantage of the common area as if it were their living room at night and day as if it were a place to make the paperwork by leaving beer bottles behind. This was a little disappointing, but it was flawless. Thank you.

Lovely experience

We had an amazing time! The location is amazing just a few meter from the Spanish steps. Extremely comfortable and clean. Katia was super helpful organizing our transfers and give us recommendation for dinner walks etc. Thank you for your hospitality Katia!!!

Top location

I booked 3 months before.The criteria were the location, the rating and the beautiful deluxe room that you see in the photos.So I paid for the DELUXE room right away.When I arrived I saw a room that wasn't even in the photos of the standard room. It looked like the owner's room when it had to be reduced to accommodation.I didn't want to make a mess so I didn't ruin my two days.The two mornings we woke up at the 6.30 noise register from the building next door.From the day we arrived where we saw the educated owner to the day we left the only person we saw was the cleaner.Finally, what's called the Plaza is a joke and has nothing to do with the breakfast in the hotel.The bar underneath the bar is a barbecue with the same quality of other things.

Whenever we come to Rome, this is our Go-To-Place to stay at!
It is a tiny little place with only a few rooms, breakfast is at the cafe downstairs in the same building (basic, but you can pay for normal breakfast) an Katja is super helpful!

perfect stay in perfect location

Just arrived back home in England after a fabulous stay at the Garibaldi Suites.
Katia was the perfect host who excelled at meeting any needs we required, as well as organising first class transfer to and from the airport. 
The suites are characteristic, spacious and clean, with all appropriate facilities, surrounded by lovely restaurants, shops, cafes and galleries. 
A 2 minute walk from the Spanish steps and 20-30 minute walk to all the main attractions. 
Can highly recommend Katia and the Garibaldi Suites.

Celebrating a 40th

From the communication from Katia regarding arranging pickup from train and check in was first class.  Clearly from other reviews and our experience Katia is a delight which other receptionist in other hotels should replicate.  The room was beautiful with lovely bathroom and amenities. The only bad points was the bed it was quite hard, and the breakfast offered by hotel from the restaurant next door was very bland, other than that, situated in great location Spagna minute walk to Spanish steps and Spagna Metro line which takes you to main terminal where you can change trains to all the Rome sites.
