The facilities are very old, the cleaning in some areas of the room is very scarce, the TV in the room is not working and told us that it was not important, the shower drain was not drinking (though he fixed it), the bathtub tank was not working properly, the shower phone was broken, the locking room was defective, we were locked in and told that we didn't need to use it... quite improving everything.

A cheap option for sleeping in Rome.

3 nights stay, friendly reception by the owner but generally bad experience, with the rooms very poorly sounded, awakened to the slightest movement of the neighbouring rooms, dust, smell and disturbing traces of moisture. The room is poorly cleaned before arrival, only the bed is repaired during the day, but the sheets and towels are not changed and the bedding leaves to be desired with a safe mattress at the end of life.

Quality/Price report to be reviewed

We didn't want anything out of the ordinary, just a bedroom and showers, because the rest of the day we would be sightseeing. We looked for various options and for its location and price (for the offer that was available at the time) it was good. But I wouldn't recommend you to go to this place. The photos don't coincide with or coincide with reality. First you enter a building that seems unattended. The impression isn't too good. But we don't want to judge without seeing anything before entering. When we look at the room it looked unattended. It looks very sweet and wet. The mattress isn't comfortable because it's dirty. The mattress looks so dirty. The bathroom can be clean. The bathroom can be clean. Attention! I don't recommend to anyone. I had a reservation that was prepaid. The hotel wasn't answering my phone calls and refused to let me into my room! Scandal! The worst hotel in the world! I didn't receive a refund.

The room seems to be pleasant and comfortable. However, there are huge SEs and attitudes that make me NOT recommend this place to anyone. Firstly, the owner did not have the interest or care to inform us about how to get there, how to get into the establishment, with whom to talk and all that information. We were received (only after contacting the owner) by a rushed, incomprehensible and unempatical lady. This episode could certainly pass us by. However, as soon as we entered a room we noticed 3 very important points for a troubled state: 1) Our air conditioner did not work! 40°C outside and we saw a functional air conditioner (which they did not say with the greatest fear they were receiving before. Comfortable position at the Rome station Termini Bed and simple but nice room The Breakfast is very scarce and made with packaged products. Owner Viviana at first kind and welcoming, afterwards due to a misunderstanding with the luggage storage service and with the keys turned out to be very scurvy and unprofessional... very poor hospitality, it would require more organization and a better use of the services that are made available to guests instead of addressing the latter with almost aggressive ways.

Weekend in Rome

The room is dirty, with three lights out of six not working, mold in the corners of the walls, dirty and weather-worn walls, a shower and laundry lined with lime and rust on the front of the house. The breakfast was not up to my basic expectations, as it was very poor and made up of packaged industrial products.

Great location, lack of structure

Awful experience. Because of the technical problems in the app my reservation was made three months in advance. I didn't notice that thill arrival. Hotel refused to check available rooms or make a refund. Doesn't answer my letters anymore

The service at the BBqueen is very good. The rooms were always clean and there were fresh towels every day. The situation is very good. Breakfast is always on time and in line with what you promised. The price is very cheap. To get to the backyard where the BBqueen is located you have to squeeze for sales stalls because there is a market every day. In the backyard you have to arrive in a side alley and in the house you first have to go to the converted basement where the BBqueen is located here it is always very neatly oriented. The furniture is defective and the walls are busy and the cables are on the ceiling.

Service top setup bad

We really enjoyed our stay! Large triple room, very warm, and comfortable. The lady was very nice, dear and available. She made herself available so that we could leave our bags at this establishment after check-out so that we could go for a walk and as no one would be at the reception when we arrived she left us a key to the entrance. Breakfast is not very varied, it was better if you had fresh fruit and bread. Less than 10 minutes walk from the terminus station.
