We've been divine, we've rarely met people so hospitable. If you look for accommodation in a comfortable and hospitable center, you'll be safe.

Absolutely recommended

It's very nice, very clean, very friendly and very accessible, just a few steps from Termini Station and Manzoni Metro and a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum.

I highly recommend it.

There's nothing to blame. Great welcome from Alex, who helped us with other things during the stay. The location is excellent, quiet area even for the most skeptical, close to the station but especially very close to two metro stops, Manzoni and Vittorio Emanuele.

It's not going away.

For this price is a good hostel. It's clean and air-conditioning is working. The room was cleaned twice during my stay (5 days). You can use the fridge outside the room.
The main problem is the neighbourhood. To The Colosseum you've got 10 minutes walk. Outside the hostel is (i could say danegrous). A lot of homeless people are snicking around. 
If you are looking for a cheap hostel ok, but next time I prefer to py little more and stay in the centre of Rome.

Good for this price

Just returned home after 4 amazing days in Rome. Lazy Night is a great place. We had read that the manager spoke no English but he's obviously learnt now. He showed us our room which was spotlessly clean. The shower was great although we had to leave it running for a minute to get the hot water. I'd expect that on the top floor anyway. Little balcony which was big enough to smoke on. Alex gave us our keys, also one for the safe in the wardrobe, and said when we check out, to just leave them in the door. We didn't see him after that, but then we didn't need to. He is available until 7pm though, which is when he leaves for work. For the price, it's very central although the neighbourhood seemed a little rough in so much as there was a lot if graffiti. The metro Manzio is 5 mins walk away and will get you to Termini in a few minutes, from where you can get to all the attractions. You can walk to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes. There's a little kitchen outside the room with a fridge, kettle etc although you can't cook (but who goes to Rome to cook?). All in all it was a lovely place. Wld stay there again. 😀

Great place 

I thought this was a pretty nice little hotel for those just looking for a place to rest their head. Only about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and all of that stuff or a 5 minute walk to a tram.

Pros:

- I got there late but emailed ahead of time when I was going to get there and it was no problem.
- The manager/owner was very nice.
- Pretty inexpensive.
- About a 10ish minute walk from the main train station (Termini).
- Clean and comfortable room.
- I was there in winter but noticed it had air conditioning. Heating was also fine.
- Bathroom was fine.

Cons:

- Hard to find. Down a sketch ally with a tiny plaque and no lights.
- The manager/owner who was there when I arrived did not speak English. 

Great inexpensive guest house

Very good for the price. We stayed 5 nights, room was cleaned and sheets/towels changed every other day. We walked everywhere, but the public transportation and subway connections are good and close, like the Termini station. The reception was never open, so you couldn't really ask about anything, and there was no safety box unlike description. Kitchen however was modern and free for use.

Very good for value and location

This is the real deal for that price. Place is situated near Metro Station and is about 15 minutes walking from Colosseum. 
It have everything what You need. It's clean and nice. 

For that price don't expect a hotel, but I recommend it.

Nice place

We didn't expect much and were positively surprised! The room was very small, but perfectly sufficient for a city trip. The beds, despite being just a stack, were very comfortable. The starting position is good. Own bathroom in each room. You can definitely recommend for the price.

Price/ performance very good

From the Termini station you can get very easily. on foot 15/20 min. with tram about 8/10 min. Managed by 2 kind and available brothers. The multi-ethnic area is not the highest but on the other hand near the stations is everywhere like this! you are about 15/20 min on foot from the Colosseum, St. Giovanni in Laterano or St. Maria Maggiore. Metro stop is also nearby... so I would say location OK. Clean room with air conditioning. Good quality-price ratio: 50€ per night room. to recommend.
