Every time I go back to San Benedetto del Tronto with my husband we find the second house we always book here great, excellent, great hospitality, not to mention the comfortable spacious rooms, bath the top with precious finishes... the very nice and hospitable owner, thanks Oasi 83 for the pleasant stay 2 nights early

It's excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The reception was excellent; although we arrived much earlier than scheduled for check-in, the room was immediately given to us. Room and bathroom are bright and clean. Good value for money.

Super recommended

My boyfriend and I stayed three nights in this BB, we found each other very well. The owner is very kind, caring and always available for any eventuality. (He was very kind.. when we arrived he brought us the suitcases to the room and also to the check-out where he allowed us to leave our suitcases for a few hours.) The room is clean, with everything necessary, soap, toothpaste, phon, adapters for spines, air conditioner etc..

We highly recommend it.

Small but very well-organized spaces, although it is a balcony is well ventilated. Very well furnished. Surprisingly we discover that we have a small refrigerator with ice immediately outside the room and a balcony with a stand and table (we had taken the smaller room, defined on booking without balcony). Inside the room there is a table that we often use to hold lunch with takeaway food to avoid the heat of the beach for a few hours. In the room you can find cushions, feathers and accessories that can be used in addition to those equipped.

I spent 4 good days with my mother in this B&B. The owner was very kind to buy me all the lactose-free products given my request and I had the best choice every morning! Then he provided us with maps of the city, recommended us a very good restaurant and made sure that we were fine after the storm in San Benedetto... he really made us feel at home! The room is very clean and very nice! We absolutely recommend it!!! 

Maximum availability and precision!

My wife and I spent two nights in this facility. It is probably one of those where we slept best. Although it is in the city center, we found it very quiet and cool: we never even turned on the air conditioner (which is there). Great common areas with access to the refrigerator and drinks. Good also for breakfast and a special mention of Massimiliano who was extremely kind and hospitable.

A true oasis of tranquility

Central location is easily reached on foot both the centre and the beach. Cleanliness and courtesy 10 rooms are equipped with every comfort there is nothing missing. Breakfast in the common room very rich, with the possibility to put your own things in the common fridge if you have special needs or food restrictions. The only advice I can give the temperature in the common areas is quite high the air conditioners are there but they are not lit.
