Our tour in Sicily was ruined by this facility where we thought we would stop for two days but we left after the first night the place as soon as we entered it immediately noticed a bad smell but given chetan one at night coming from Lampedusa we could not choose so we give the documents and go up to the first floor when we entered the room we said to ourselves that we are going to sleep in the car or stay? after deciding to stay we pulled down the sheets and look inside the sheets immediately three long hair and at least 50 short hairs sheets sheets soaked sheets then or someone who has already slept I go down looking for the doorman who was playing blindfolded and uncomfortable cards he told us no problem to send me two clean sheets and he said he changed his hands in a lot of the room maybe we went to a hotel where we told him to go to a room where we went to a room where we went to a long time with a dirty room where we went to a room where we went to a hotel where we went to a room where we went to a room where we said that a long time ago

Don 't go there, it's a horrible refugee facility.

Good hotel for the price it offered, the rooms seemed very small to me, but well, so we paid a lot we can't order, we stayed two nights and within the whole atmosphere is quiet and you can have a good stay.

Nice owner, but poor hotel. The room does not have a sense of cleanliness, with improper furnishings even for a hotel of this category. Clean bathroom (at least) with shower without diffuser and anti-hygienic curtain at the closing of the shower. Sin with a little more attention and care could be easily improved, bringing it in line with its category.

A weekend in Santa Flavia

I found the place to be a very nice. The familiar atmosphere, warm welcome by hospitable owner. They did their best in pleasantly taking care of us and always with a smile. Comfortable quiet rooms, good location close to subway, shopping The house keeping manager is very proficient and courteous since he had worked in a five star.
The Breakfast buffet was good and sumptious, it had a nice combination for health food and junk food. Enjoyed the place. Thank you for the experience. Absolutely the best stay we ever had anywhere !

Amazing hotel

I was here with a group of friends and we all had the same problems: small, narrow bathrooms with very cold water showers (the lucky ones found it barely warm); the sheets were stained and smelled bad; two couples were given a double instead of a double one; bathroom accessories and furniture are very scarce.

I'm not going to tell you.

We stayed there for one night in June 2014 on our way from the Palermo airport to Milazzo. We had 3 single rooms and payed 25 € / room with bathroom. The rooms were nothing special, but they were large enough, superclean. The receptionist was helpfull and friendly although we arrived at 0.30. In the one night we have been there it was quiet enough. The place is not far away from the ocean. I don´t know anything about the area in general, but if you are looking for a place to stay for a night or two, it find it perfect!

Good price, clean, ideal for passing through

I have booked a room in this hotel for work, which is to say.............very much availability and courtesy from all the staff, the rooms are neat and clean, but above all spacious, plenty of breakfast and very varied with fresh products prepared by them I believe directly, the hotel also offers conventions with a lid near the hotel where you have the shuttle that takes you directly to the beach for free, the location is not to say beautiful, one of the components of the structure and I have set the maximum of convenience of Joseph, Melissa and the whole family, educated people and always at the disposal of the guest.

The only positive note was the bathroom, which we found clean. The floor of the room had not been swept, the drawers were broken, the curtains were dusty. Besides giving us a double instead of a double, they also charged us a different price than they had told us by phone the day before, at the time of booking: 60 euros instead of 50 euros, and without breakfast. Before our complaints, the owner didn't fold: it was cold, he wasn't willing to meet us on anything.

Good for Halloween.

The location of this hotel is what prompted us to choose it.  This town is not large, and there are not many option that will will allow you to be walking distance to the port.  We go during Porticello's "Festa", and being close is a plus.  The room however was a disappointment. The beds are not comfortable, and there were ants on our floor.  The bathroom was very small, and the shower the smallest I had experienced on my travels.  It was a chore to shave my legs!  The shower also plugged up, and we needed to be quick so it would not overflow.  The funny things is my cousins stayed in this same room two years ago, and the shower was backing up then. Not sure why they have not taken care of it.  The water is not for drinking, but I was afraid to use it to even brush my teeth.  The beds were made daily, but the maid did not stock appropriately as we ran out of TP.  The towels are also very thin and rough.  The staff is very nice however, and as mentioned it is a great location. I did find a B & B close to the prot as well, and walked through it.  Much nicer, and probably where I will stay next time.  There has not been much competition for the Baia, which I think is why it is lacking.  With new things coming in however, this could change in the future.
