Apartments are clean and equipped with all the comforts, there is also a barbecue in the garden. Sardinia is unique, lived in this context even more.

Advised!!

We stayed from 1 to 8 July, although we were late due to the ferry. The reception was wonderful from the manager Marta, a sunny person who loves her job. The place is wonderful, quiet and with breathtaking views. The apartment is essential, large and clean rooms. We would also return tomorrow, if we didn't have to return it is only because we changed destination. Hi Marta thank you for everything you made us feel at home....

The mouths of Boniface

We were guests of the Residence for two splendid weeks,the structure is located on a promontory overlooking the Bocche di Bonifacio a few Km from Corsica.We were able to enjoy an unparalleled panorama from dawn to sunset; our apartment for 2/4 people was spacious clean and equipped with every comfort you need on vacation.The climate was very windy and we never used the ventilators the apartment is equipped with.

Nice place to stay.

If you want to enjoy a vacation in a beautiful place with a spectacular view, this is the right place. Mrs. Marta made us find a guide with all the most suggestive places to visit and there are really many, charming beaches, beautiful sea. Every day a different one being all a few kilometers from each other. The apartment is very cozy, the comfortable beds and there is everything you need to live the vacation, the air conditioner does not serve as the place is very cool and you sleep very well. We saw incredible sunsets and visited places that you never imagined existed. The village is a few kilometers away provided with supermarkets and in the evening all the local shops are open to us.

An Unforgettable Experience

I contacted her to know if they were available for the period of September. She was very kind to call me back and give me all the information requested. I read the good references after a few days the contact convinced me to book. She tells me to send her my email so that she could send me the quote and I would have given her everything necessary for the booking. This email never arrived, I also tried to contact her via WhatsApp but nothing, no response. I had never experienced such behavior and still now I can't explain to me what could have happened. Maybe with this review not exactly, someone can answer my questions positively.

I would have loved to have gone, but instead...

If we were to summarize our stay at the residence Lucia we would use the word: FAVOLOSO! We start from the welcoming, to say the least amazing, Marta (the owner) is a volcano of energy, positivity with a smile that is hardly forgotten (even after many hours of travel). We really appreciated the brochure she created with described the beaches, restaurants and characteristic places of the area, even for those who like us love the idea of vacation not only . The apartments are clean, equipped with every comfort (be sure that the air conditioning is not at all) and a really charming thing. The things we most appreciated were the peace and tranquility of the place, which is enjoyed at night.

I dream of a midsummer night.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches, but what made the stay more pleasant was Marta's availability, impeccable hospitality and kindness, showing herself always very attentive to the requests and needs of the guests.

1) Wonderful residence from all points of view, cozy, clean, with a fantastic view 2) 10 staff accommodation and complimentary accommodation available anytime.

Fantastic holidays.

We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms but the host confused the bookings and placed us in 1 apartment with sofa bed in the living room for one night. For discomfort the host promised us 1 box of wine... never arrived. The second night he moved us to another apartment with 2 bedrooms (As of booking) but in one of the 2 rooms we found the pee (fresh) on the bed made the same morning by them with the sheets...that makes me think with what care they clean and hygienise the apartment, especially in this period with the covid.

He peed in bed.

This is the worst experience I've had in life. The nightmer started with the first night: we had booked a 2 room apartment and we got 1 room and 2 of us had to sleep in the living room. Finally Marta told us she would have refunded us with 6 bottles of wines - never received. Finally the second night we received the apartment BUT going to sleep we discovered in the bed pee (urine) under bed sheets!! It smelled so bad! If they didn't see the pee I'm quite sure the didn't igenize properly the full apartment for Covid 19. Finally we received only 175€ refund on the 750€ total. Escape from this place!  This stay was the worst experience I've ever had in my life.
