The B&B, immersed in a very clean green, enjoys a privileged position to reach the most interesting locations in the area. The owners, Rosa and Cesare, are really special people, always present and attentive to every guest's needs.

That's a great discovery.

We spent 10 fantastic days in this b&b just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Pula. To say the truth, calling it a b&b is a bit reductive as the owners Rosy and Cesare but also the sister-in-law and son Alessio, are people so available and hospitable (but also very discreet) that they make you feel at home. The well-furnished and equipped room is cleaned every morning with a regular change of clothes. Outside it, a nice private patio ideal for a good reading or an aperitif before dinner. In the morning you wake up thinking about what sweet Rosy will have prepared for breakfast, every different day, one better than the other. In addition to fresh brioche, curry, juice, fresh fruit and hot drinks on the table. We have left a few beautiful places for Lucca to eat and we will recommend you to visit Cesare's gardens with a few beautiful eyes and tears, and we will not recommend returning to the garden for a few more years to come.

The most fabulous of Southern Sardinia's bnb! perfectly equipped rooms, impeccable cleanliness, private terrace, superb garden, super-cozy breakfasts with homemade cakes among others, and above all, the hospitality, availability, generosity and kindness of the owners!

What a paradise!

We stayed at this property and we were very satisfied with it... spacious and clean rooms with every comfort... with a private porch overlooking the garden... looks like you're at home... structure with few rooms that allows you to be pampered by the owners who make you feel in the family... besides they are very available giving you any useful advice... breakfast made under the porch... ten and praise

What a great stay.

During our holiday in Sardinia on the road, in the southern part of this beautiful island we decided to stay near Pula about half an hour from Cagliari and it was a beautiful week spent in this very special b&b! Spacious and very clean rooms, plenty of breakfast with homemade sweets combined with hot and cold drinks, marmalade and fresh fruit just collected! Really appreciated! It is in an excellent position to visit the southern part of Sardinia, about 5 minutes by car from the center of Pula where in the evening you can find typical Sardinian restaurants and in half an hour you can reach the beautiful beach of Chiapas, family Cipodo, Tuerred Nora, and Santa Margherita.

It's just... wonderful!

L’oleandro is a lovely very place to stay, friendly and warm welcoming from the hosts.
The room and bathroom are very very clean and spacious. They served us a full breakfast with Italian pastry. Located close to Pula, a small town with great restaurants and clear blue water beaches at less than 5min.

I highly recommend this B&B.

We are now entering the L'Oleandro for the third time. The owners of Rosy & Cesare will welcome you as at home and feel the same way. Their hospitality, their duty-conscious nature, their reliability and their valuable tips are invaluable. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. One of the rooms also has a separate kitchen and separate terrace. The generous breakfast is personally served by them on the large terrace. Free private parking is available. An ideal location to visit the beautiful beaches in the surrounding area with a car service. We will be back next year!

What a pearl!

Nice place, breakfast with mostly packaged products... however the area is worth a visit. Cesare, the owner, knows how to make you comfortable even though one thing I didn't digest from the living room was the request to pay only in cash! without receiving any receipt... NO COMMENT!!!!!!!

Nice accommodation, but...

We gave our parents a stay at this facility... and we must say they were very excited about it... Cesare and his family were really nice, always very polite, available, kind. The very beautiful, clean and orderly facility, just a few steps from the beach... in short to recommend from all points of view!!!

A week of dreams!!!

The family take care for their guests in a very friendly mannen. We  were there  10 years ago twice and after ten years it is still a vers good place to be
