Hotel was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable
and our room was quiet. The breakfast was ideal,
there were cereals, yoghurts, fruit, croissants and
various cakes, coffee and juice. We had a drink in the
oar and enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly

Great budget hotel 

We were on holiday at L Hotel on 9/10 July. The property is very cozy, staff is available 24 hours a day, available, friendly and friendly. We were with the children and were assigned a really nice, spacious, clean porch. Small but complete breakfast room in service with really great cakes. Not very central but close to bus and subway station to get around the city without using the car.

Good experience

The bathroom is very spacious, but has obvious flaws, especially regarding the bathroom. The toilets are inclined making it uncomfortable to use. The bidet has little space on the side, making it very difficult to sit down. It also has a thermal furniture exactly above which has the mobile bottom (obviously to lay wet clothes).

It's a little less structured.

They don't send confirmation emails and then raise prices and ask for them after a night out.

Vacation ruined.

Great quality personal price friendly courtesy and loving clean rooms breakfast very good temperature suitable rooms easily reachable from the subway absolutely to return because the welcome received is priceless

Bridge of All Saints

Nice hotel, we had a good time, family and friendly staff stayed only one night, I'd come back if you came to Turin, congratulations on staying, well served by the means, central location and quiet, great rest.

Meeting with Friends

We stayed at Hotel Balbo from 18 to 21 November during the ATP Finals. Small but very welcoming structure, staff available, friendly and friendly. We were with the children and we were assigned a really nice, spacious, clean and furnished in a modern way. Small but complete breakfast room in service with excellent quality cakes. Not very central but close to bus and metro station to tour the city without using the car. Price/quality excellent and we appreciated that they did not speculate on prices as many hotels did this weekend for the attendance of the ATP Finals. We strongly recommend.

Family weekend in Turin

The hotel is small, the rooms are quite spacious and tidy. The strength is the breakfast with an offer of nice slices of cake as well as yogurt, cornetts. The staff, especially the night porter and the male receptionist (or owner I don't know) are nice and kind. Points of weakness: I found food wrapped in the refrigerator paper of the room, obviously left by the previous client, the opening of the refrigerator door emanated so a certain smell, required to remove, they removed anyway; one morning I no longer found the box of lenses thrown by the cleaning lady by mistake, the next day they made me find it, uninfected, clean; the staff almost always masquerade; it would probably be a good price, but the suburban location is not too small.

Some Things to Improve

They asked me to pay for the room directly at check-in, and finally they assured me, on payment, of the availability of the car seat... unfortunately, there was no more room. Never again. Alfredo.

My room looked like a sauna with the fan coil off and the window open seemed to be at the equator, good cleaning nothing to say if instead you want to use the phon I suggest you take it home as they have you those wall with the spine schuko, but the grip on the wall is an Italian bipass, so incompatible, but the thing that I found the most strange, at breakfast morning we were in 5, the gentleman very politely asked us to leave the table free for other guests because the hotel at about 10 seats
