My boyfriend and I stayed an entire night in the GROTTA BIANCA suite, despite the bad reviews. Good welcome and availability because we arrived after 23:00 clean room and has all the comforts, including water and vests. Clean and relaxing hot tub. Comfortable bed despite its height, since you almost have to climb to climb (I recommend installing a ladder for the least agile of us) and good breakfast, rich in choice despite the vests for drinks. Overall, great experience. We'll be back for some other suites.

Night on the subject

The idea is nice and the rooms are very nice. Too bad for feeling too locked in the room and for a staff that's not around and seems to be doing their own thing. I understand the place.

I thought better.

As soon as you get to the reception of the guy with little professionalism who accompanies you to your room, gives you all the information and never leaves...

Bad experience

I booked the Iquito suite for 4 hours...we arrive and we are accompanied by a guy, kindly yes, but with very little enthusiasm and verve. As soon as we get in touch we immediately notice that the air conditioner is out of use....in July...with 32 degrees out...my boyfriend pulls at the reception, explains the problem and the boy doesn't seem amazing...neither tries to come into the room, but he tells us that they only have one other option, the Carbonia Mine, which costs more. My little friend, rightly, says that we don't intend to pay the difference for a service that we didn't create. So he gives us the new room, or we lose half an hour...and, surprise...he gets the air, but the vase doesn't work, so there's no negative effects... so we drop the water, and then we decide to use the walls of the hotel...

Never again!

Compared to two years ago, it's gotten so much worse... before it was probably worth that money, because the Pegasus is beautiful... but now it's not... huge spiders, badly functioning hydromassage, with the paint that crumbles while you're inside... staff that makes you wait alone at the entrance and takes you to the room with the urge of someone who wants to kill himself five minutes from there... when you pay 150 euros, you expect something better at 360 degrees...

I took the Pietro Micca room, the staff were kind and everything was working and clean, including the water bath on the terrace, beautiful, a mini swimming pool inside and also the sauna.

We arrived and were greeted by a nice but very nice (fat hair,...) receptionist, who then turned out to be a little less clean than the young gentleman. Although it was already cleaned in some way, but it was very shallow, some spinning brushes etc. The bed was very clean, but these happier items were not so clean. But in themselves they are absolutely beautiful, two little whirlpools (one, one, one, one) are very clean, and one can't even think of a large room outside the hotel.

The hotel is a ruin.

BEAUTIFUL AND COMPLETANT Turin: 1st stage of our trip to Italy just for one night. Well located but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great personal kindness, fantastic and original room (really relaxing with mini-pool and Turkish bath inside).

I would recommend...

We decided to stay at this hotel in October - for the first time in 2.5 years - to go out and rest without a child. We chose the hotel because of the non-standard approach to decorating rooms, we liked the photos. Unfortunately, the impression of our arrival was completely different from our expectations. Starting with the fact that the general hotel looks like a brothel, there is no lobby and reception, in the corner under the staircase a representative who meets you, picks up passports, then simply leads you to the room and shows you the real house system of lighting and music accompaniment, and then in a few minutes after our arrival the real window looks for the same room. But after a few minutes, everything seems to have been done for the same time!
