Lovely quaint spot, simple to find, very clean, modern, and peaceful. Views are spetacular! Rolando at Cafe Bistrot PZ was so helpful and fun!! Allesandra very helpful host.  Driving distance in rental car acceptable and reliable and friendly parking.  

Breathtaking views

Horrible customer service. New management does not communicate well, has poor customer service and charged me 300 euros for not spending a single night there after we were stranded in town with our luggage because there were no taxis, bus or other transportation available to take us to the hotel.

Save yourself a headache and save your money: DO NOT STAY HERE

We literally crossed the hotel room only twice, so we were not really able to give an opinion on the reception/counsel/services offered. What is remembered is that the view from the balcony overlooking the hill and the sea is beautiful. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. However, unlike what was mentioned on the booking, there is no parking (you have to park by the narrow and winding roads), nor breakfast. To get to Vernazza, count a half-hour bus (5/day) that takes you down the hotel.

High-end hotel

Convenient, especially for those on motorcycles, to reach the station both in Monterosso and Vernazza, cozy, clean, excellent breakfast, quiet with wonderful sea views, friendly and available. 😊

FAVOLOS

We stayed in this hotel but we didn't find each other very well. The place is described as near Vernazza and instead is scattered in the mountains. For this reason alone it should cost much less. We had a double bed but the bed was very small and uncomfortable. Nice bathroom. Even the bar was very expensive, for 2 simple aperol spritz we paid 14 euros, not even in Venice they cost that much. They overvalue a little too much. They should lower prices, there are much more beautiful structures on the sea and they cost less.

Disappointment

I wanted to stay in Vernazza, as specified by the PZ charter room, but instead I found myself in Drignana. The place where the PZ is actually located. In my case, due to the bad weather it was more uncomfortable to reach Vernazza, because the bus that takes you to it is in the middle of the road without any shelter. We were very tied by a schedule, 18-19 at night. Because the bus that connects Drignana-Vernazza does not go beyond that schedule. Using the view requires paying for a taxi, without an alternative.

I thought it was Vernazza...

We stayed one night in this rental room. The room is very spacious, very clean and comfortable with a window overlooking the sea. The staff is very kind and available. Vernazza is reachable in three ways: with a half-hour difficulty path, with a shuttle which I attach the winter hours in force in May and with my own means. Unfortunately wifi is only available in the bar area. To improve breakfast with frozen products, also mark the price too high for aperitif: 7€ for a spritz

Pleasant

We stayed at this property for a weekend; we were greeted beautifully by the staff and the room with private terrace overlooking the Gulf of Vernazza was truly a wonderful experience. Enchanting and ideal place for motorcyclists; my wife and I went by motorcycle. Strategic point to visit the 5 TERRE, easy to dock and well positioned.

Fantastic and amazing!

The view from the room is wonderful, everything is neat and clean, but our room is so small that it has no support for bags and suitcases; unsatisfactory living space.

Beautiful location but out of the hands of the five lands

One of the complaints I read was how getting a bus from here is difficult?!? Really???  This is the properties fault.  It took me about a minute of looking to realize this place is a bit remote, yet close enough to Monterosso and Vernazza, if you have your own vehicle.  If you do not, I agree this may not be the place to stay but don't blame the property if you didn't do your own research!  My accommodations were excellent, the view excellent, owner amazing, kind and considerate.  All for a more than reasonable price.  If my travels bring me close I will definitely return here.
