Very good location near the station and in the centre of town with its pros and cons (noises caused by trains and by passersby) -Comfortable bed - High price for the room itself, but in line with the location I find the tone and the rude way that the staff used to respond to our booking assessment (7) inappropriate by writing, among other things, untrue things like the check-out made beyond the time limit.

When inappropriate staff attitudes leave a bad memory of the holiday

We spent three days in this room with my boyfriend located at the beginning of the charming Vernazza. Comfortable quiet clean with a nice large shower. Point x perfect x any move. Large balcony on the country. We had problems with the phon promptly replaced. In this country you feel at home we found courtesy and a lot of desire to do well. I highly recommend you 😊

A pleasant stay

I spent February in Vernazza and the room was comfortable and tidy. The check-in was in a modern style, almost all online. The room was very large and comfortable. Everything was tidy and clean. The location was really comfortable. Coming down a few steps with a typical Ligurian slope I was right in the middle of the main street, two steps from the station and two steps from the sea, in the middle of all the restaurants. Instead of the air conditioner there are two fans, but the weather in Vernazza allows it. Unfortunately it is better to sleep with the window closed as the central location is the source of noise from people who sleep at night, the cleaning services and the messages from the railway station. However, I would return to it.

It was chosen because it was the only place available with varnish. But it was a very old room, too much useless furniture that takes up space. The bathroom is small and there were no windows, there were still the toothpaste sketches of those who had been before us. It was a mosquito-free room that came from the main street. The bed had the old wool mattresses, and for the wedding they used two single mattresses. There was a proposal for a packed breakfast, but they could propose at least a convention with a bar nearby. It was difficult to get to the room by stairs.

Leave it alone.

Beautiful everything, excellent cleanliness, upon entering you could smell a clean central position, they were all nice to us.
The house is a bit old but this has made everything more characteristic .. The piano is beautiful .. We liked to live like a classic citizen Vernazzese

Beautiful

What a great little hotel.  Obviously you need to prepare yourself with a different mindset when travelling to the Cinque Terre.  There are no large, chain hotels with big grand foyers and many many of the properties are 5 or less rooms in the rabbit warrens that are parts of the Cinque Terre.  The checkin is a little restrictive (must checkin between certain hours unless you make prior arrangements) and it is just off the main street in Vernazza but if you follow the address then easy enough to find.  Having said all this, the room I had overlooked the main street (Via Roma) of Vernazza and was literally at the doorsteps of restaurants and only a slow two minute walk to the beach.  The room was spacious, wifi worked well and the location was amazing.  I would stay again!

We've been very well received, the lady is very kind, but be very careful about check-in time, the room is clean and spacious, it's right in the middle, so there's a little noise sometimes.

The night in Vernazza

We arrived after the check in time, and got left a note to where our apartment was, wich was nice. It’s in the middle of the city, and near the train station. It was quite noisy at times, but it felt worth it for the location. We were really happy with our apartment. It was very nice and clean. It was filled up with snacks, coffee and tea everyday. We also had a little fridge, which was very useful. Great view from our terrace :) 

Great location!

The owners are a joke. Their prices change by the minute and the venue is not worth such fuss at all!!! They are the most unprofessional people ever. Avoid this tourist trap!!!! Their final solution is to either pay everything upfront (knowing that in this way you cannot be covered) or literal lay "go elsewhere"

Worst ever!!!

We just got back from two weeks in Italy (most of which was spent hiking through the Dolomites) and ended our trip here, in Vernazza. I read the other reviews here, and would like to counter some of them. Yes, it was hard to find this place. Yes we had to go to the owners jewelry shop (where she works) to get our keys. These instructions were all included with the booking confirmation. The owner was very nice. 

This town is, during the day, in summer, a beehive of tourist activity, and the fact that we had to do some extra work didn't seem to be a big deal - considering we had just executed a five train transfer from north Italy. 

This small village is old, hundreds of years old, and was just nearly wiped away with a flash flood in 2011. There are no 5 star hotels here - as there should not be (in my opinion). You are essentially living in a locals apartment for a few days. No AC. Bummer. Go swimming in the Mediterranean - a 2 minute walk away. The train station is close - but close to everything in town as well, as it is so small. During the nights, the speeding  trains come out of that tunnel like a screaming creature from Lord of the Rings! And then go back into the tunnel just as quickly. It was really crazy the first time we heard it - like it was in the street outside our window. But by day 2 - no big deal, "Oh, the train is here", and then back to sleep. It just ended up being, for us, part of the experience of living in Vernazza.

We like the location, as it was 2 seconds walk to coffee in the morning, wine in the evening, and people watching all day long - if you preferred. The room seemed clean, has no AC, but has two electric fans, the shower was great, there was daily linen changes, I really think the only thing we could have used was a few beach towels.
