When the apartment was decorated everything was fine and smooth, the girl administrator smiled and said that they were fine and honest. For a pledge you have to leave some document or 10000 tenge, which when you leave they must return. But, it's been a few days, and there's no money.... and when you call them, you hear only promises. In the apartment they promised cleanliness, but there were only clean floors. In the bathroom the hair in the drain was so stuffed that even when they just opened the water, she didn't leave. The fridges are there, but they're very dirty, the kitchen walls look for something wrapped, with little things and hair. The bed is fasted, but in stains of blood. We were in this house and didn't want to make any money, and so they decided to make no more money in this apartment, because there was no one in the hotel and no one in the company had ever made a decision about it.

It's awful.

I booked an apartment for 1 person and was given a very large, beautiful, and spacious apartment on the 35th floor overlooking beautiful landmarks in Astana.  Te apartment had 4 large rooms - a living room with large windows, a large kitchen stocked with cooking supplies, a comfortable bedroom, and a clean bathroom with a washer.  There was an air conditioning unit in the apartment, but it was in the kitchen. 
At the ground level of the building, there are many grocery stores.  In the shopping mall next door, there is a large food court, many stores, and a very large supermarket with a great deli selection.  The apartment manager/owner did not speak English, but we managed to somehow communicate.  The WiFi worked very well.  I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment, great location, beautiful view

The usual apartments are in a new but already falling apart house-tower. Overall, it looks great, but it's like luck with the apartment.

I was at the hotel in October. Nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Warm and cozy. Everything is available, from the internet to the washing machine. Clean. Nice view of the city from a huge window on the whole wall 👍

That's a good number.

The property is awesome and located near to many sight seeming and restaurants etc. The Only tricky part to stay here is to find the reception area. Just keep in mind that this is not a hotel it’s a residential apartments used for business purpose. 

The apartment building entrance is from inside the small shopping mall where there are many small coffee shops and mini mart.

Rooms are very specious comes with fully loaded kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, complimentary water, free WiFi and excellent view of Astana. The staff is very cooperative.

Here are the tips which will help you to find the Reception Office:

Step 1: Ask Taxi Driver to drop you at Dostyk Avenue 5 Street, in front of Mega Sport - see attached picture

Step 2: Entrance to shopping mall is next to Tez Tour sign board (which is under the stairs) - see attached picture

Step 3: Go to Level 1 using stairs

Step 4: Almost 100 steps away turn right and on your left side you will see the reception office - see attached picture

Step 5: Reception lady will take you to the apartment building which is almost 50 steps away named DocTbiK 5/1.

Specious Apartments & Best place to live in Astana

The company I was working for booked me an apartment in one of the Apartinn buildings. There are three and they are also known as the Northern Lights. The apartment I was staying in was absolutely massive with a hall (with guest toilet), big kitchen, living room (TV only has Russian/Kazakh channels), and bedroom with en suite. 

The apartment was fairly well insulated and I heard very little from the neighbours. The views from my floor were amazing (9) and because the apartment has very large windows this is very enjoyable. 

Wifi was very strong and I was able to work with comfort in any of the rooms. It also allowed me to watch a little English TV. 

Exiting the apartment block poses some interesting challenges. Floor 1 will lead you to the parking deck while P1 will lead you into some type of mall and you have to search a little to get out. Try to find stairs to go down one more level and exit through one of the doors. These doors are very inconspicuous. Really take note where you came out and how you can get back in. The numbering of the three towers is confusing and mine seemed to have 3, 5 and 9 - very random. 

The Northern Lights are very central indeed. Keruen, one of the malls, is right across from the buildings and has a large supermarket which stocks anything you might want - these apartments are self catering. Keruen also has a very good foodcourt with any type of cuisine you can think of. There are ATMs and a bank that will change your currency for you. 

There is a long park that leads from the presidential palace at the river to Khan Satyr (the yurt mall). Northern Lights is about in the middle so you are very central for this new part of town. 

Depending on the size of your apartment you pay between 60-80 dollars a night.

central place to stay

The hotel is located in the residential complex Northern Shine (39-40 floors) in the very center of the city, near the monument Bayterek and the Presidential residence, very close to the National Library of the Academy of Sciences. The room is apartment (corridor, two rooms. kitchen, two bathrooms). Everything necessary in the kitchen (Highway, dishwashing machine, dishwashing machine, etc.). The internet is working well. From the driveway to the city. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but the shopping center Keruen, where you can buy everything you need.

ApartInn is apartments in the tower of the complex Northern Light - one of the three beautiful towers opposite the monument Bayterek. Unfortunately, until June 16th, the renovation of the aforementioned attractions was underway, and we could not get to the viewing platform if not for our choice in favour of ApartInn - impressions about the capital of Kazakhstan would have been much less pleasant...The location is the most convenient, nearby - the remarkable cafe Dastarhan (Kaz. kitchen), Izbushka (Rus. kitchen), in the complex itself a few shops, a kitchen, a hairdresser, a flower shop, a fruit pavilion, and we can always get to the front door of the apartment building - this is probably the most convenient way to get to the hotel, so it looks like a supermarket on the first floor and a soup in the first floor, so that you can arrange a drink in the hotel room at the front of the hotel, and at the bottom of the hotel, so that you can get to the hotel.
