This is a safe, clean property in a good location .
The staff were terrific, the bed was comfortable. 
I couldn't find 
(boiler-pan-plate-cup-spoon-fork-towels- iron) nothing at all. 
The television didnt work in my apartment

Big Apartment.There are big cooler and freze,microown cookingplace.washmachine and tumbler.Sattelit tv i livingroom and sleepingroom.Many  Places for take away,small shops.On bechside good resturant's.On heigway bus for Kuwait city,take only 1/2 hour.

Good Apartment

I booked a furnished flat at these Apartments over the internet. At 25 Kuwaiti Dinars a day, the flat looked inexpensive compared to other nearby hotels. And, as a bonus, the location was suitable to me since my business was at Al Adan Hospital, which is within walking distance of the Apartments.
However, my stay at these apartments was rather disappointing.
My first look at the Apartments was shocking. The surrounding road was under repair and the hotel entrance was littered with dug up soil and mud. The booking site offered free parking space. There is a garage right at the entrance of the Apartments, which can hold 3 cars at a time, with two slots occupied by  service vehicles at all times.
Free Wireless Internet access is promised. However, there is a LAN service, which is as slow as a dial-up connection, and off most of the time I stayed.
The Concierge is a poorly paid Egyptian gentleman who expects generous tips for small services.
The flat itself was poorly maintained, with broken down electrical equipment packed into the balcony. Electrical outlets were far and few - forcing me to use my laptop in the poorly-lit bedroom. 
There is no adjustment for the AC in the flat. 
A Tap in the Kitchen was leaking and the bathroom-toilet door had a missing lock  - both of which could not be repaired by the hotel staff over the three days I stayed at these Apartments.
Food in the surrounding restaurants is mainly Indian, and unpalatable for those who are unused to spicy Indian dishes. 
Overall, I would give a poor rating to these Apartments.
