My family and I stayed from October 26 to 30, 2022, in the old light hotel without any renovations or basic image care, the cleanliness was terrible, in the room there was hair in the bathroom, we had to buy insecticide since we found cockroaches in the small kitchen room and a huge one on the balcony, apart from the fact that in the drawers there were small animals that climbed to the floor, being in the 11th, there was no room service or fridge bar, or to buy drinks partly because they were warm, all of them, no drinks or food in the room; the dishes that you ate in the bar are very small and there are plenty for you to eat, as neither the pool nor the bar are leaving you.

There's a lot more to it than I want.

You make a reservation and arrive at the hotel and there are no available rooms, as you are given your room this dirty, careless, with little light, pillows full of lipstick, stained, lost and the sheets equal or worse Y to end up with flying cockroaches, what you see on the page is not what you will see when you arrive, I do not recommend it.

Economical compared to similar hotels, very safe and with very good care. Its variety of very pleasant and versatile weekends. Excellent for attending with family or friends. Located on a block of Papagallo beach opposite Plaza Diamante.

Taking advantage of the offers of INTERJET VACATIONS, which show an excellent service with transportation from the airport to the Hotel.El Ritz, a wonderful hotel with rooms with sea views and some very rich buffets; we enjoyed it very richly.

The GRAN HOTEL TODO INCLUIDO is included.

In the bar they have nothing and the little they have this ugly and expensive, the elevator went out of service and was on the 4th floor, it was a horror to come down with my children and my suitcases, the stairs are too dangerous because they are fractured and severely damaged.

A good hotel, it has everything necessary to cater to the visitors, if you hire the all-inclusive plan you have extra discounts on events that take place in the bay.

Everything is included.

We were with my family in January, and the hotel is being remodeled, and I'm touching a room where we sleep on a new mattress and sleep like a baby, and I really enjoy the reception floor, which I take to take many pictures of in the pool, and I recommend it and thank you for your attention, and if we return on Holy Week, thank you very much for all your attention.

Improved hotel facilities

I particularly booked 2 months in advance in order to have 4 rooms at the very top of the A tower , when I arrived the receptionist was super rude and did not gave me the rooms I booked, this guy split my hole family on the floors 4,7 and 10 , for no reason , I explained what I wanted and still no help at all , he was VERY RUDE , I asked to be help by somebody else but still no help came across, at the end of my very bad week there , I spoke to the hotel manager , specifically about this receptionist and he did not care at all , my husband and I are international travelers and have never been treated like this anywhere in the world but only here in the ritz acapulco mexico , very very disappointed they do not know how to deal with international guests and the specific needs requested !! DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL, is old , no maintenance at all, old and dirty towels , bad quality food,terrible reception,!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 

No one opens the car door, the elevator opens in half and you have to stop it so it doesn't close, only one works, the stairs some rooms are rotten, the rooms with hard beds, dirty furniture, no towels, no hot water, no pool at the times indicated.

No matter what they charge.

My daughter and I went alone felt safe ,meet great people ,great beach great weather the rooms were clean and the view was beautiful ......staff were always friendly and helpful ...
