Very well situated, the facade looked half-neglected but once you fall in love with the place, the spacious room, SUPER CLEAN, the swimming pool and the green areas with excellent care, the perfect breakfast: very fresh fruit and yogurt, the quiet dining room, only that on our last day we were unlucky that the cable and the internet were cut off... The reception girl very kindly supported us by letting us connect to the internet from the adjacent room, however after a while that signal was also suspended.

Last-minute disappointment

Even though the restaurant is very nice, the food is good, but the staff is BAD, you arrive and no one greets you, no one takes care of you, you have to order the menu, they take it with them and never come back on their own to pick up your order, you have to call the desk and still arrive with an angry face, hurry up to pick up your order and it takes about 30 minutes to serve and to order the same story, if it takes longer than turtles, at last NO WALLE LA PENA IR HY BETHER PLACES.

Bad service and slow service.

Kevin Carvajal is the person who attended us at dawn, since we arrived we informed that there was no hot water, then we took the TV, and no.. no service. to tell the receptionist solo nos pidio disculpas and told us that there would be no more rooms... pesimo service.

We had booked our first night in this hostel for a room. It was clean. A beautiful courtyard and a small kitchen typical of a hostel. But it was lacking finish, it wasn't as warm as a hostel can be. We felt like we were in a low-end hotel. The corridors were very noisy and soundproofed so it's hard to sleep at night when people are talking. The pool is gorgeous. The staff didn't ask us to feel sorry. We changed the bus station and the timetable and the employee couldn't tell us what to do. We had to book our last night of our trip to the place, but we had the idea since we were feeling sorry.

Nice place to stay one night!

Very well located a few minutes walk from the bus station, opposite the Mercado 23, this hostel is worth a visit. But it also asks for improvements to the pool although maintained remained green, the toilets although cleaned every day lacked finishes (no shower apple).

It's a nice place, not much better than the finishes.

If what you want is to make a low-cost trip and have at hand the possibilities that a trip needs, this hotel is a good option. The location is great. It is just a few blocks from the ADO terminal, and to get to the public beaches you just need to cross the Avenue Tulum which is right across the street and take the buses from the hotel route. Nearby you have two Oxxo's, in one of them you can buy alcohol and in the other no, you have a plaza gallery a few steps away, a Coppel, cheap restaurants to eat ricas quesadillas, tacos, and other appetites. Passing the avenue is very close to the wifi market, where you can buy fresh fruit and also eat there. Following the avenue Tulum to the digest and beyond you will encounter the ADBA banks and change rooms (preferably there is a change of dollars or a change of dollars in a room), but there is no problem using a free wifi service, if you can get a good wifi service in the hotel, but if you are staying in the house of the HSBC, you can get a good wifi service in the

A terrible experience, we arrived late in the evening and found bed bugs and dirty bedding broken shower. After half an hour we asked to leave and refused to give us the money back. Really really not recommended
הגענו מאוחר ומצאנו פשפשים במיטה, סדינים מלוכלכים ומקלחת שבורה. אחרי חצי שעה ביקשנו לעזוב ולא הסכימו לתת לנו את הכסף חזרה. מלון ממש ממש לא מומלץ

Terrible hotel, run away

The reception boys are very nice and friendly the shared rooms are spacious with clean mattresses and saunas the lockers are very spacious the truth is very good place alone in the shared rooms the lack of air conditioning or more ventilators.

was family run in 2013.  Excellent location and hospitality. Small amount of rooms for families and backpackers dorms.  Nice place to meet people from Cancun and all over world.

Best beaches are a 20 minute bus ride from hostel.  3 blocks walk from ADO bus station. Best local restraints and shops across street.

Hostel and bed and breakfast

Very nice but above all clean!! I paid 150 pesos a night and it's in a strategic position for those who only stop for a few days like me!! Close to the ADO station and the bus departure point for the hotel area... Breakfast is a bit scarce but for the price it's worth it!!
