They have loudspeakers by the pool playing ranchero music. It was very loud, but made worse by some drunk women who were singing along, at the top of their lungs and off key. I spoke to the woman at the desk at about 10 PM, and the volume went down a little bit. Then, at 5 AM, there was a drunk man yelling in the hallway.
I chose this place because it's close to the bus station. There are better options available in this area.

NOISY!

Find several cockroaches in the room, report to the reception and all they said was: we smoke, to be honest and for the high season date they had to anticipate this, I asked for a room change and they mocked saying they had one on the 7th floor, (my wife is pregnant) ah and the elevator alone goes up to the 3rd floor, very old facilities, the bathroom was 1 meter by 1.50. dirty towels, NO RETURN.

Loved the staff, loved the convenience have the location of the hotel , super comfortable, the restaurant attached has great food and friendly service ❤️ definitely going to stay here again . The pool was clean and great for the kids . The rooms and everywhere were clean . The view was beautiful .

Top notch staff   Great local original ownership that cares. The location in the middle of the Malecon is spectacular Sundown views from all rooms Nice warm pool. Great restaurant and clean rooms at a great price what more could you want?

One of the best locations in Mazatlán 

In October 2018 I was staying at that hotel.I was staying in an area in good condition.On this occasion, because it was the high season, I was double-charged and sent to a room in the basement, under the restaurant floor.The young man who led me showed me my room, asking for towels, because he wanted to bathe me, when he arrived he told me that they were in the process of washing.That it was not his fault.....The entrance and hallways were dirty.How unpleasant this stay...!!

A very expensive hotel, with luxurious rooms and furniture in poor condition.

Since the Reception where you take on a guy who is overweight, ill-equipped to give negatives to any kind of request, the phones in the rooms alone are simulated to be nowhere to be found, everyone screaming in front of the rooms all the time, and without any security in the parking area.

A past is a worst place.

All the attention of the staff is very good, although their facilities are already a little old, the wifi does not work is in a building on the 3rd floor and I was never able to connect, from the living room to the sea at night to sleep.

We spent two nights as a family, and the truth was that I liked what we paid for, it's true that the furniture is not new, the three rooms we occupied were clean, and the staff we treated were friendly, the clean pool and the children's chapoteadero... in general, all very well considering that you don't rent a resort!

On the third day of my arrival, I was guaranteed the opening ceremony and I paid for the 7:30pm activity.It is important to mention that the receptionist is not very friendly.On this occasion, unlike others where I normally arrive and pay every night, I decided to pay only the first two hours.This work event started daily at the convention center: 10am and ended from 6:30 to 7:30pm.The third day of my arrival was the opening ceremony and I paid for the 7:30pm activity.It is important to mention that we took the transport of the organizers to the opening directly by returning late and latartabtaband sleeping for the readiness to start the reception process very early in the day.This work event started at 1:00am and ended from 6:30am to 7:30pm.The third day of my arrival was the opening ceremony and ended at 7:30pm.The first day I heard the activity, we boarded the transport of the organisers to the opening directly and the first night, but I did not know that I should be able to book a very early reception process.

They knocked on my door at 1am to charge me the 3rd night at 6am reserved credit card.

The hotel is clean.  But very old.  The pool and street noise is loud.  The malecon was under construction, so there is no direct access to the beach.  We would recommend to staying near old Mazatlan.  We couldn’t find any of the restaurants open within a few blocks that trip advisor recommended.
