Very good location, there are restaurants nearby, you can leave your vehicle almost in front of your room if you touch the bottom, my room had a very large refrigerator, clean, quiet, safe, a little friendly at the reception, the very basic breakfast, the very clean and pleasant pool.

Good choice for a night.

I went with my son for medical reasons and I must say the people were very accommodating they had excellent customer service the lady that cleaned our room for the days we stayed was amazing forgot to ask her name but she was great. Ac worked perfect no complaints hot water at our disposal the only thing we didn’t like are the channels available on the tv. But all in all nice place. The pool is or was clean while we were there no complaints. 

Great service 

Excellent location, very cozy, and as always everything in order, cleanliness, price and safety. Totally recommended without a doubt. Ample parking and extraordinary service. It is located on a main avenue which makes it super comfortable to access the city's main roads.

For training courses

We were absolutely disgusted by the water, the horrendous smell and filthy beach! Th tour personnel were only doing their job and were extremely accommodating and kind. The food was good, drinks were ok but as soon as we could get others to share the extremely expensive taxi back to the port we jumped at the opportunity! 

Girls getaway

I always try to stay in that location, it's super affordable by car and price.The best thing is that it's on a main avenue and you can park at the door of the room if you stay on the ground floor.The highly recommended place is worth a visit.

A good option for a night.

An excellent option to spend a few days when visiting Mérida, the rooms are comfortable and with the necessary amenities.It is conveniently located near tourist attractions, squares, restaurants, etc. Definitely a return on a next occasion.

A very good choice.

A hotel with a good location, ample parking space even in front of your room (super safe) the pool area is very nice and clean, you can consume food that you buy outside with your family (there is an OXXO very nearby and a park where they sell typical food) has all the services and the staff is extremely friendly.

Stupidity is the result.

Generally speaking, if I've gotten basic, the old-fashioned TV, the restaurant alone with morning buffet service on weekends and the pool a little dirty.

It's not the best, but it's economical.

Tehnotel on Avenida Itzaes is a good hotel for travellers with a rental car as there is ample parking.   The rooms are quite clean, comfortable and have a good desk for business travellers.   The wireless internet conenction works very well in the rooms. 

The beds are comfortable if a bit hard as all Mexican hotel beds seem to be.   The bathroom has a large shower and plenty of hot water, the towels and bath mat are of good quality and changed daily as are bed linens. 

There is a small restaurant with what I believe is a complementary breakfast (I had other plans so I can't verify it is indeed free).     

The rooms are quite clean, the air conditioning has a remote control and worked quite well.  The television has approx. 50 cable channels including several in English and one in Portugese from Brazil. 

The sinks are outside the bathroom so two people can get ready simultaneously.   Cots, and cribs are available as per the information in the room. 

Bottled water is provided in the room, there is an ice machine available.  There is a playground and a small pool.
