We had a great time here! The cooking class was first rate! It was so good we decided to stay here! The food was fresh, and locally sourced, excellent drinks, large rooms, wonderful pool. It was fun to come back and see our hotel friends that worked here. Rodrigo and Mario were top rate! They helped us plan the next days outing and choose places to eat. 
100 percent I will be back. This is a well staffed, clean comfortable place to stay!

Hip, personable, helpful

It's a simple hotel. For the price you can't expect great luxuries. The rooms have the basics but they have clean towels and amenities. The TV doesn't turn on so easily and the water from the sink is sold by chorritos. But the truth is the hotel is pretty, the staff is attentive and you're in the center of everything, a couple of blocks from the cathedral and one from the Chaya Maya restaurant where you eat deliciously. No reservations with a better breakfast breakfast in a Yucatec food place near which there are many such as La Casta Divina, which I highly recommend.

 Acceptable for the price and the location unbeatable.

It's a disaster: blood-stained sheets, rotten towels, smell of humidity in the room, pillows and mattresses, flies in the room. The parking lot is 3 blocks away and you can't get out or in the car unless you get a notification to open the door. Breakfast is in another hotel a block away and, for breakfast, you need to get a voucher at the reception but often there's no one there. Horrible.

Don't be fooled by nice Pictures. The hotel is really old and rusty. Rooms are Tiny and old, bathrooms moldy. We stayed on the ground floor and none of our rooms had Windows. The only advantage it the location really close to the city center.
Breakfast is self service, only toast and Jam, maybe some cereals.

Very basic

We had a room at ground floor.

No windows, dirty duvet, very high humidity, moule on the walls which is covered with paint and smells unpleasant ...

As if that were not enough the room is poorly soundproofed - why directly situated to the breakfast area of the hotel.

We booked the room for 3 nights but just decided to leave this place after 1 minute we walked in to this room.
No chance for refunds, reception was not really interesseted in our reclamation. Just said it's no problem when we leave ...

Effrontery that this room is selled to people! 

Poor disappointing place, would never go back there...

Horrible room.... 

The only good thing I have to say about this place is the location. Now, let's jump into the problems, which aren't few. 
1. The credit card machine wasn't working when I arrived, so they asked me to pay in cash. However, that'd be almost all the cash I had for my stay.
2. You can't call that a breakfast. They offer coffee (which takes 30 min to make), slices of bread with butter, and cereal.
3. The breakfast area doesn't have enough tables, so people stand and wait until a table is available.
4. Roaches walk by your feet in the breakfast area.
5. The room smells like mold.
6. For hot water, you have to open the shower tap and wait 5 min.
7. There's no water pressure, only a few drops here and there.

Avoid at all costs

There is no private parking, paid 160 extra to the room's parking fee, the very high cost for what the room offers, too much mosquitoes since they don't have mosquito nets, poor internet service, and worst of all is that breakfast is a sandwich with coffee and bottled orange juice lowered with water, friends travelers I invite to look for other options because for the price and what offers leaves much to be desired,

The worst place.

Really bad everything. the room reserved was unavailable. the one we were given with roaches walking and our bones. without windows. noisy and dirty bathroom. the service equal to everything and breakfast included a shame. the only exception is the attention of the night guard who gave us the pillows requested during the day and never arrived. i recommend choosing other options there are many around.

The Song of Songs

We stayed for four nights, from the first day we requested the check-in for the stay.During the days we stayed we were given long days to send the document, they promised that they would send us the bill on the day of departure; however, this was not the case.We called every day afterwards and always had excuses to avoid sending us the check-in.In addition, we saw huge cockroaches in the reception area, which is close to the kitchen.The quality of care leaves much to be desired, hopefully to improve customer service and be sincere with what they offer.

Please note, there are no invoices and there are cucarachas.

Worst place!! What they show in the photos has nothing to do with the site, super small rooms, very damaged, cleaning bags, the pool is more of a source! - The attention of the supervisor Andrea Reyes, terrible we had a setback and we wanted to cancel and they didn't want us to return the $ for the second night. When I asked the receptionist to talk to the manager, they didn't want to give me their number.
