The service of the staff is excellent very good I recommend it to the receptionist of the afternoon I do not remember your name you are a very kind girl and if you are in doubt she will certainly help you return because apart it is very central is very safe the streets are very quiet no shops and it is very central you can easily get to the Zócalo in Garibaldi and the auditorium.

An unforgettable vacation is a must.

It is by far one of the best options for staying in the center of Mexico City, a very clean and well-located place, ideal for that pleasure or shopping trip as it is located very close to the shopping area of the lagoon, Tepito, la merced!!

We spent 6 days there. Hotel has perfect location and very nice staff. Our room was cleaned every day. Not expensive. We slept very well.
Note: Prepare deposit for TV remote controller.

The center of Mexico City historical center

Very centralised, the attention is very good, they helped us to keep our luggage, as I had plenty of free time until my flight time, the very quiet area, and the very comfortable rooms.

The best option 

We were a large group of about 30 people and the hotel was really good enough, the comfortable rooms and in terms of price-quality seemed to me to be adequate, the location is very central so walking to the Zócalo and there are restaurants nearby that serve good breakfast, I highly recommend it 😁

My opinion about the Hotel Cuba en CDMX (Cuba Republic Street, Centro Historico) The reception staff has not the slightest sense of courtesy and kindness, they make you feel as if they are giving you the stay, they should give them a course of attention and treatment to the public.

Bad attention is paid.

My stay was for one night only, hired for its location so close to the city center.Their rooms are very basic, small, old, you can see disorganized and sometimes dirty.The price is very cheap ideal for a night sleeping and leaving home.The street where it is located at night has a lot of scandal.

Modest, small, cheap

Called the hotel to make a reservation 3 months in advance.  My mistake was not to get the name of the person I talked to.  When I arrived to the hotel, the first words out of the mouth of the lady was "No tenemos cuartos" . How about a good morning and do you have a reservation.  When I told her my name and that I have a reservation she just kept repeating we do not have your name and we do not have rooms.  Reservation name R. Paz

Very rude lady at the front desk

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, I was charged an extra night without refund due to alleged confusion between the same employees, and we were robbed inside the room without any accountability.

No, I do not recommend it.

They changed the price without notice, no matter how you booked.The bathroom was very small and had broken parts repaired with insulation tape.The receptionist was very rude.The service of the rest of the staff was very good.The rooms were clean.
