Good spacious apartment, clean, well equipped, wifi fast and works correctly. Elevator in the building. Great location, close to the beach and the city centre. Garage additionally paid - it is good to negotiate for it. 


Spacious and nice apartment

This year we came here again, but in July. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartments gave us a view of the sea number 12, on the 2nd floor, with a large and spacious balcony, on which was a dryer for laundry, chairs and table!. The bed was soft and comfortable, the sofa was laid for sleeping, was also quite comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped: enough dishes, cauliers, stews, a fully built-in float with a stove. A full-fledged large refrigerator!. In the bathroom boiler, a washing machine was sent every day, everything worked out).

We're back for the second time!

The apartments are in a beautiful area, five to seven minutes walk to the beach, shops and the market are within walking distance, car rental is also nearby... and at the same time there is no disco noise during the season!

What a beautiful Buddha!

When we went out, we were waiting for a taxi, and the bathroom cleanup didn't come at 11:30, so we couldn't get the baby to stay in the bathroom until after the bathroom was empty. We could get a little more than a minute's room in the bathroom. The house is located in the very center of Budva, within minutes of the beach, the waterfront, the old haze, the market, the supermarkets. We are glad that we chose this option rather than the sleeping areas beyond the Yadrian Highway. The apartment had everything necessary for life, quite clean, but not perfect. The only drawback is the unthinkable lighting scheme, dim ceiling lamps and the lack of additional light sources, such as fountains. For the price we rented (38 e), it was tolerable, but if the price were higher, they would have sought something more comfortable.

Great apartment in Budva! In walking distance of the old town, supermarkets, beach, everything you need - very nice! The apartment is cool and cozy, easy for two couples. A great clean shower.. We couldn't find the building for a long time at first, the owner of the apartment met us in the place where we were. He can tell us from the sights how to get there, etc...

This is a great apartment in Budva.

Excellent modern spacious apartment with 3 rooms and a balcony. The main room was a relaxing area, eating area and the beds. The bathroom was large and had a washing machine in it. The kitchen had a 2 ring hob and Oven so I cooked the first night as a large supermarket is just round the corner. The owner was exceedingly helpful.

Beautiful, spacious apartment

I came back from Budva yesterday with my group of friends. We were 13 people and we had booked 2 apartments by booking. The price is great for what it offers. The houses were huge, in the one for 7 people there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. There was nothing missing and it was very clean. The same thing for the one from 6, which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large living room and also a microwave. They were both clean and the agency was very available in. It also allowed us to keep a house until the 17th day of the check out seeing that the ship was at 22.

Just like I expected!

This experience relates to the summer of 2014 and the public because it may be useful in view of the upcoming holidays. First of all the photo that you see is old because instead of the lawn there was a kind of abandoned construction site, so only stones and debris; the most direct access to the sea passes through a disused street where are deposited the trash cans of a huge hotel nearby. In addition, the agency has not arranged us in the first floor structure but in the building that is booked to the right where: we waited 2 minutes and urged many times to fix the wifi not working; there were 2 rooms where there was a minuscule room without window to draw air (only wicoc and wash), the other is a rotating doc box that separated the bathroom after the bathroom; the room had 2 rooms in the center, so if you want to check the room and the rest of the room, you can not go to the bathroom.
