Very pleased with my stay, both the staff and the place was wonderful, comfortable, nice and at a very good price whenever I wanted to go to Morocco and I have an unforgettable memory of it.

very nice Riad hiden in narrrow street .located in heart city centre.
its First time for us in Agadir  and Riad foutour sarir  was a great place to stay. The riad itself is quite vast with lots of little areas to discover and relax in. The staff are very friendly and after being surrounded by the chaos of agadir , it's a welcome place to return to.

First of all, ask for the price of the stay tax because we were charged 10 euros a day for 2 people, whereas it is a maximum of 1.50 euros per night and per person; 3 days after we returned from Essaouira to spend 2 nights I waited for breakfast and then I claimed the 30 euros I had given him (I speak Arabic!!) and we did the bills I gave him what the hotels take, he signed up to contact the owner in England...person I tried an email but never got a total scam replyr

Total tax fraud on the residence tax!!!!!!!!!!

I especially liked the staff of this place, they were really sweet with us and always helpfull, friendly. real pleasure to interact. its a beautifull place, comfi, spacey.. good breakfast.
didnt like - the coffee for breakfast was instant coffee, not from beans. the locations is about 15 mins walk from the beach, but thats also good cuz you can discover the city better, the walks were always interesting!

Perfect Moroccan accommodation experience, which is very nice and beautifully decorated. Great if you don't want to be a typical tourist in the 'posh; hotels, but you still want comfort and cleanliness.  The riad is half way between the main souks (Souk el Had) and the beach, so excellent if you plan on getting around on foot, rather than taxis. Dont be put off by the outside of the riad. The location itself isn't a super nice place, but it feels safe and there's a pharmacy and shops very close by. The staff are very nice. The room was very lowly lit, making it a bit hard to see what you're doing, but we didn't mind because it created a nice relaxed atmosphere. The room was beautiful and a good size. There was free wifi. The breakfast was amazing. We only paid £10 on booking.com for one night (20th Oct 2015), so absolutely amazing value for money and I would definitely go back.
The taxi driver didn't know where it was and had to make a phone call, even after we showed him the map I had printed, but then he took us straight there without bother, so I would recommend you take the full address with you to show the taxi driver. Also, there is no signs to the riad, not even a sign on the door, just a number 12, so I was nervous our taxi driver might have take us to the wrong place, but it was fine.

Perfect if you want traditional Moroccan accommodation

Firstly this is not a riad. It is just a regular Moroccan house converted to a 4 room hotel. The hotel is a 5 min drive from the beach. We had difficulty finding the hotel as there was no signage anywhere, not even on the hotel itself. Even the neighbour of the hotel was unaware of the location when we asked him. Turned out it was tucked away in a little corner of a square. The hotel was run by two young boys who weren't to bothered about us or our needs. The hotel rooms were tidy and well presented but there were no mirrors and the lighting was the poorest Iv seen in a hotel. Btw there was no air con. Wifi was fine after they 'fixed' it. 

There was no food on offer other than a regular Moroccan breakfast. 

The only positive to this place is it had a cool terrace which we spent most of our time in. 

If your looking for just a bed to lay your head then this is fine. But don't book if you want an experience of Moroccan hotels and riads. You won't get that here. 

Iv been very generous in this review and would advise you book elsewhere.

Bad faculties. Good terrace. Low light.

Even though we had printed this Riad with volagratis (attention!!), once we arrived in Morocco the Riad manager told us that we didn't have a place because of problems!! We walked alone at night!! Once we went to the city's tourism office, we were able to make an official complaint and unfortunately we didn't pay in advance!

They left us on the street.

I arrived here late at night and was warmly greeted by my hosts. The room is large and comfortable and typically Moroccan in style.
The roof terrace is stunning. I ate breakfast up there every day of my holiday which was one week.
I was treated to a lovely home cooked meal on several occasions. Very enjoyable. I can really recommend this Riad as a place to stay. It is warm and friendly. A real treat. I only wish I had made use of the massage service which was available. Maybe next time.

Relaxing, tranquil and very pleasant.

I am very pleased with the service of this hotel, it is very well designed and with a decor that appeals a lot, I recommend it and I have to say the days I spent with my friends were unforgettable a cordial greeting:)

This is not a riad but a hote house the reception is friendly the rooms are original alternate overhang on agadir what is rare the decoration is original and neat and the neighborhood is tres quiet
