Was there in October with my friends and the staff were so friendly since my first phone call and they are even willing to check the weather for a prior week's weather of my arrival date. The hotel is a bit far from the downtown and jetty, making it a bit difficult to transport since one of us cannot ride bicycle. It cost us a bit more because of the Tuk Tuk (cost 3000 per way). But I think this reason makes the hotel a bit better place to relax away from downtown's busy things. Apart from that, the hotel was really well built in two storied type, small garden and in lovely white. What I love most from the hotel must be their hospitality. I would love to come again but let me learn how to ride bicycle haha.

Lovely and Friendly

Super welcoming, smiling, efficient and really heart-to-heart staff. They offered to check out at 6:00 p.m., bus time so we could take a shower at the end of the day. Super initiative. Free and with a smile. The rooms are clean, clear and quiet. Top!

It's a quiet but very friendly little hotel, and the restaurant next door is also a good value for money.

Good value for money

Friendly and friendly staff, spacious and clean enough rooms, barely passable breakfast, roadside rooms are noisy because of traffic, no dark curtains or blinds, good price for the area.

The service staff deserves a big thank you is five star service at the breakfast woww for smoking ashtray on the balcony.. cafe is the in your hot water room a call is five minutes later service.. the cock is the dogs is yes.. nature.. a great recommendation you will love your stay

Five-star service.

I took overnight bus from Bagan to reach Nyaung Shwe, a traveller's hub to explore Inle Lake.Though located a bit away from centre of town, the ambience and decor of this hotel gave me much needed rest. Manager of the hotel is an amazing person who made my stay very comfortable with his Indian speaking vocabulary and useful  advise about the place. Breakfast is quite sumptuous with fresh fruits, juice and bread toast. The dining place in first floor with beautiful view and fresh breeze.My room was in first floor and quite spacious. There is free WiFi and also a free bicycle to go round the town. Thanks to the guidance of Manager, I could witness festivities in the ancient Yadana Man Aung Paya,( temple) as it was a full moon night with glittering decoration of lamps, fire crackers and traditional activities of local people.

Homely.

We booked the hotel via friend of local travel agent.  We had to call right the day we should check in and if we can come in one day later due to one of our family members got sick.  They won't charge us and charge us for only 2 nights as we booked. It was off season and not much guest at the place, but we had a great stay for 2 nights.  
They arranged the boat for us and planned the visit to the Inlay Lake. The hotel is clean and quite.  We had a good rest after long drive.

Summer visit at Inlay

The guesthouse seems to be quite new. The rooms are in 2 floors, facing on a small garden where you can find also the reception desk. Our room was big and comfortable. 
Breakfast is served in a nice patio on the first floor. The food is nothing special and there's not a big choice. The staff is very nice and helpfull. 
They can arrange also a private boat-tour in Lake Inle: don't miss it!

Good place near Lake Inle

Besides the hotel there is a Motel on the main street. We stayed here one night and the staff was just awesome!!
We arrived with 6 people and they had space for us. There were some small ants in the rooms but I think this is not a big deal. It was clean, we had our own bathroom and we got even shampoo etc. All that for a really good price!!!
Our bus was in the evening so we could also stay at the room until late afternoon.

I can definitely recommend staying at the Motel which is close to the big pagoda on the main street.

The hotel is on the edge of the village in a picturesque neighbourhood The rooms are very simple but convenient: large space for suitcases, good bedding, the bathroom quite spartiate The breakfast is on a high terrace overlooking the street, very basic: crépe, egg, my bread not really edible and milk powder... but the welcome is smiling and the street show if you get up everything is quite magical:
