Nice place, great location but the bathroom smell very bad, and the last day we froze because the heater stop working. It s a charming place but needs works to be done to rent it. The pace was clean. The corridors are being remodeled and were a mess.

Nice place bad experience

Unfriendly reception. A very crowded room. The kitchen was a little messed up. You had to leave a deposit, which wasn't mentioned before. The room wasn't ready yet - even though I arrived after the specified check-in time.

Old and dirty

Me and 5 other friends of mine were in Amsterdam from March 14th to 19th and we stayed in a nice alexander apartment. Three bright bedrooms, each with a sink and a cabinet with mirror. We have used every day of the kitchen with all the comforts possible. The house also had a small patio with a table and chairs very useful for eating out on nice summer days. There was a lot of cold in those days and coming home and finding it super heated was great. The house was very close to everything, the rijksmuseum and all the main museums, supermarket in the back street, tram stop 100 meters away and the house was surrounded by restaurants and bars. Alexander was available for anything we needed. He also suggested with us a map the best places to see.
Thanks for this holiday, highly recommended.

Vacanza ad Amsterdam

The  apartment  we had was very large and had 3 separate sleeping areas, bathroom, shower and small kitchen area with refrig and stove.  It was on the ground floor, so no steep stairs to climb.  the beds were comfortable had tv sets in 2 of the 3 sleeping areas.  The apartment was a 7 minute walk to the bus stop to take you into town, a 10 minute walk to Van Gogh Museum, and there were places to eat  within a 5 minute walk of the location.  It was right on the canal.  We were pleased with the accommodations and the price.

Comfortableand good location

Located in a great area for transport links, cool little bars and places to eat. We were met by the hots and offered a super charged espresso while we gave our deposits and collected our keys. The stairs  were an eye opener, virtually vertical! But the room was set out well, nice and cosy, clean and well maintained.
Right next to De Pijp, full of cool bars, restaurants and cafe's and the Albert Cuyp market. 
Catch tram 24 into the middle of the city and wander the back streets and canals to find everything else on offer in this action packed city.


Stairway to heaven 

After reading the various positive reviews, we booked an apartment for six people, two adults and four kids. When we arrived at midday we were greeted by a guy at the reception who was in a basement in a bad condition but we were very upset because we noticed that they were doing some work so we went over it. The very nice and generous guy made us leave our luggage and told us to come back after four o'clock.

Absolutely disappointed.

Let's say these apartments are saved by the location, a 5-minute walk from the famous inscription Amsterdam and the most interesting museums. For the rest I don't find any other positive aspects, but probably only for our Italian habits. That is, cleaning is definitely to be improved, carpets and dirty pillows don't help make it look clean! The staff can't describe it, since we were welcomed by one person, the €50 cap was requested from another person, the control room was cut by a third person, and the holiday greetings from another person! Maybe they are still a little disorganized here!

There's better.

I'm staying with four friends, little cleaning and how to be in prison, a thousand rules to follow, the photos speak for themselves.

It's dirty.

I was here in May, I booked by booking, I found myself very well, the owners are kind and available. Apartment very clean, the only defect is that it was on the third floor and the stairs were very steep, typical of Amsterdam.

Really nice apartment, very nice owners.

I stayed for about five days, with my family and my boyfriend, in an apartment in the building and we had a good time. The spaces were quite well divided and we had rooms with separate laundries: an optimal solution. The kitchen was nice and comfortable, the bathroom, however, a little narrow. The area is uncluttered and close to the city's biggest attractions (museums and downtown) and in the neighborhood there are restaurants of various kinds and a nice grocery store.
