A supplement for the late check in (21h) I booked a double bed room, the hostess opened the room and slipped one of the simple beds (while leaving the bedhead where it was) to paste the twin beds. The double curtains is a very thin and poorly cut veil of the room that bathes in the light at 5:30am. Very fine fence that separates the rooms, so we share the night (sometimes torrential) with our pallier neighbors... The sheets were dirty, the bathroom smelled bad and cockroaches in the bathroom.

It's horrible.

Attracted by the price and relative proximity to the center we slept in the Green Energy Rooms for two nights. The room they gave us was really small and the double bed from a square and a half so much that we suspected it was a single double room. The shower had no door so the water leaked wet everywhere. I reported it and was told that the door had been broken by the previous occupant (room 302) and that they apologized but being the only room they could not do anything except offer me a coffee (never received) The next day I reported that the air conditioning was missing (as opposed to what was written in the description of the room) and I was told that it was just available.

Small rooms and various problems

The rooms are located outside the centre of Krakow, about 3 km away. You have to walk about 1 km before you reach a means of transport. The rooms are well furnished, only they are quite dirty and dusty. The sheets were stained. We stayed for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed, let alone a dirty one in the room. When the toilet paper ran out, we had to arrange it, because they didn't give it away. In the room we had a flat-screen maxi where you could see the Rai channels. Another sin was the wooden mattresses, rotten. Every night my boyfriend had to add them, to avoid the sun waking us up the next day too early. Too bad the bathroom managers brought a lot of water in the room at night because they also gave us a few cold bottles of coffee and even a few bottles of water in the room.

No more than two nights!

Very good hotel, very clean, modern, the beds are comfortable, a little far from the city centre, you have to take a bus (or walk 25 minutes to the square). The rooms are as the name implies green and energetic, the Italian showers are superb and the wifi works very well.

Hotel that looks new. Very good bedding, free Wifi available. Clean room and quiet place to say or blame. The bemool is the location, about 25 - 30 minutes walk from the centre of Krakow. The hotel is just over 5 minutes walk from a bus stop that takes you in 10 minutes to the gates of the centre, however amateur night out you will have almost no choice but to call a taxi to take you back.
